I Call office and they put you on hold it's about 20 min still on hold . That's Crazy.

Wow. Called in to schedule an appointment and the lady who picked up was rude! She asked me if I was a patient and I said no. I also asked if I needed a referral from my primary doctor. Then she rudely says, ''No. My question to you is are you a patient??'' Hopefully the rest of the staff is nice :(

The worst office staff I have ever encountered. I took my mother for an appointment and was appalled by the treatment of their elderly patients. I have sought out a new doctor on her behalf because of the rude and unprofessional staff at this office. The doctor is acceptable, nice, and polite, however, the ineffectiveness of his staff makes his treatment plans useless. The can't even schedule follow ups in accordance with his instructions which is partially due to the cattle call style scheduling they practice. Save yourself and your loved ones the frustration of going here. Other offices discourage transfers once you have been a patient. So if you try this office out, it will be at a penalty if you leave. Reject referrals. Beware.
