I was referred by Dr Raja Mehdi, Dr Freedman first saw me on a Tuesday then scheduled my surgery immediately for the Thursday. Surgery was a success and I'm now healing from it. Thank you Dr Freedman! I appreciate you. Now I understand why you're booked 2 months in advance. You're the best! 💙 Marc Thyssen

Initially I thought going to a urologist office would be awkward and I was completely dreading it. Thank God I read the reviews and went with Dr. Freedman! He is a great doctor and his staff makes you feel at home (Ms. Tiffany had me laughing so hard I forgot I was there to see a doctor). qUse this office with confidence! Very professional and they care!

Without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had at a doctor's office. First, he was extremely late. The lady I was sitting next to had been waiting for THREE hours past her appointment time. I only had to wait about 1.5 hours past my appointment time. Next, when I finally got to see Dr. Freedman, he completely dismissed my problem. He made it seem like I was wasting his valuable time. I had to beg him for some medication to try anything to help, and he reluctantly gave me some random drug that didn't work and I had to spend money on. The next urologist I went to a month later actually cared about my problem and fixed it within a month of treatment. Dr. Freedman should be ashamed that he let his practice fall to such low levels, from the long wait times to the lazy staff, and he should be ashamed that he treats patients with such contempt and lack of sympathy or compassion. I work in the health industry. I work with patients everyday, and his treatment was inexcusable.

I have been seeing Dr. freedman since 2014. An office clerk called me two days before my appointment for UROFLOW and Bladder ultrasound test to notify me that they have not received a PSA result from my primary physician. I informed her that I have signed a medical record every year so that you can obtain the records from any physician that I have seen. Obtaining the data was your office responsibility since my last visit 6 months ago. However, the clerk ego was touched and told me that all my appointments w/ Dr Freedman is canceled. I confirmed the cancelation by calling Dr. Freedman’s office. When I called my primary doctor's office, they informed me that they have not received any medical request from Freedman's office. You can not communicate w/ your doctor or anyone in his office whom you can share the issue. My question is; can an office clerk manager unilaterally decide to cancel all the appointments of a patient? Is this ethically correct and when it comes to physician office responsibility, is the decision made by this ignorant clerk legal? I guess she must be his relative or loved one other wise any regular clerk will not survive with such an attitude to a patient. I suppose, Dr Freedman you have a lot to do with you clerk manager to operate in a civilized manner.

I was unimpressed to say the least, spent a couple of minutes with him, was there on three occasions, never got my problem fixed or diagnosed. I didn't feel like he cared about my problem; I felt rather like on an assembly line.

Horrible Staff! The admin staff is so rude I would not ever recommend stepping foot in this office! Supposedly this guy is a great doctor but I wasn't able to meet the doctor because his staff was so rude I walked out. After waiting for over 45 mins past my appointment time, I asked how much longer the wait would be and the admin lady bit my head off and started blaming the doctor...and telling me to complain to the doctor is not her fault. They even took my copay and didn't return, to top it off!

Wonderful, caring doctor & friendly, helpful staff. Going to the urologist is not necessarily something anyone looks forward to but with Dr. Freedman, you will look forward to seeing him. He is incredibly kind and as much of an expert that he is, he always explains thing to you in a way that makes sense and helps you make the best possible choices for your health care options. Thanks, Doc! (Go, Knights, Go!! )

I had a great experience with Dr. Freedman and his courteous staff. I had my vasectomy done by Dr. Freedman. They made it a pleasant experience. They have a great bed side manner. I would definitely recommend Visiting Dr. Freedman for any of your Urology needs.

My husband was to get the Uroflow ultrasound. He drank the 32oz. Of water one hour before appointment as directed. We live 5 min. from office. While walking in the building my husband had a cramp from all the water and unfortunately had diharea all over the floor. We were near surgery and the wonderful nurses and staff took care of him. When we got to the office his staff asked if we wanted to reschedule, we said no because it was too much water in such a short time. They said to see the Dr. and see if there was another procedure we should do. We said fine, let’s see him now. Oh no, he wasn’t there, he was on vacation. We had an appointment for the following week, which they confirmed. When leaving, I asked for some assistance since my husband was in a wheelchair (from his accident on the first floor) and I had his walker and a bag of soiled clothing. I was told “We don’t do that” The nurses in surgery did, but the office help, with no doctor working at that time, couldn’t take five minutes to help a patient. I only wish he had the accident in their office. We then received a certified letter firing us from his practice. What a wonderful human being. DO NOT SEE THIS MAN. RUDE UNCARING STAFF.
