I got my senior prom dress here and I absolutely love it. There was a wide variety in sizes, colors, styles, etc. to choose from. The alteration process was easy and it took no time at all for them to finish my dress. Overall great experience, highly recommended!!!

Wish that I could give them zero stars. Rude and I feel they judged me before they even talked to me. I told her that I’m not a dress wearer and I don’t know much about different fits. I told her my budget which wasn’t too much but was willing to spend more. I told her to bring me something nice. She brought me a dress that was 8 sizes to big and a dress that was too small. After I put those on she was like that’s it. Didn’t even try to show me anything else or ask if I was willing to try thing out of my budget. Customer service is not there. This is a judgemental establishment. I was treated horrible here. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Then as I was leaving she said “you have to like dresses”. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

My daughter searched for months to find the perfect prom dress. She wanted a dress that represented her, but most of all, a dress that would celebrate the last year of her high school experience. We searched online and several stores. We could not find a dress that fit the experience until we got to Elegant Touch. We were not expecting the name of your store to provide the same experience, BUT IT DID, so Thank You. With every visit, the customer service was PHENOMENAL! Each time we visited your shop the level of service never changed even when the staff did. Every staff member was a GREAT representation of its management. Thank you again for exhibiting excellence in unseemly times of stress. THANK YOU!!!!

This is a wonderful store. I felt catered to from the minute I walked in and purchased my beautiful gown, at every visit and at the time I picked up my dress. Great and warm customer service and a terrific selection of tuxedos as well. These folks were life savers with my out of town groomsmen who had to be fitted on the spot. I highly recommend this business

I had a wonderful time picking out my wedding dress here. Everyone was so helpful and kind, not to mention all the dresses were absolutely beautiful. If I could I would've bought all of them! I am so happy I got my perfect wedding dress here, I definitely recommend this store to everyone!

I had an amazing experience! I'm a plus size girl and the ladies were very respectful of that. The owner was great working with me. She had a great idea of what I wanted in a dress. The first dress I tried on I knew it was my dress, but we tried on a few more gorgeous gowns just to make sure. My overall experience was 5 stars. Definitely recommend going here for your special day.

As father of the bride, it was important that I looked my best for my daughter's special day. The tux fit great, and the owner even found a vest that would match my wife's dress. I was quite pleased with my experience at Elegant Touch!

Awesome place. Very respectful and professional. Very skilled as well. Sized me perfect. Efficiently recieved my tux in half the time I thought I would. And it fits perfectly. Would recommend to anyone getting married.

This was my first time trying on dresses at Elegant touch. I didn't make a choice on my wedding dress today, but I had a good experience. Giselle (I hope that is how you spell her name) was very nice and helpful and so were the other staff. The store has very nice options even for bridesmaids and they were friendly and professional, I felt comfortable.
