To say that I was extremely disappointed is an understatement. For the family reunion that my sister and I were hosting in Denver, we ordered 50 box lunches to be delivered to a mountain park. The delivery portion was great, but there were sandwiches that were missing (which darn near started a riot at the park and my sister had to buy them lunches at a nearby venue. To add insult to injury, ALL of the sandwiches were soggy! I had guacamole on my jalapeño turkey sandwich that was brown and the bacon was even soggy! After speaking to the manager the next day, I found out that they make the sandwiches the night before! Then why would you put lettuce and tomato on all of the sandwiches the night before? Of course they’re going to be soggy! At LEAST make the separate. What is the point of having good bread is it’s soggy? I am very, very disappointed and management was not willing to own up to their issues. I will not ever use them for my box lunch catering again!

We have used Etai's catering for several years to supply lunch at our annual patient conference. I love that the online ordering process is so easy and quick. We did have to call to discuss food allergies after we placed the online order. The company was able to accommodate our needs. Our most recent event had to be cancelled at the very last minute due to a winter storm. Etai's worked with us to cancel our order. We plan on using Etai's for our future catering needs.
