I Ordered over $1100 in Ground Covering mats on 12/15/2017 and have not received my items as of today 3/15/2018. It has been extremely difficult to get a hold of people in their office and two weeks ago I asked for my money back and they stopped answering my phone calls. If there was a negative star I would post that because at this point it feels like I'VE BEEN ROBBED!!!

Ordered the spandex sails decor. My product came on time. There was so many wrongs with item on many levels. The item came with no strings to attach the sails like the other event companies includes with item. As an Event Planner for 18 years this item was a bust and I couldn't use it for my event due to the quality of the fabric and having no strings. I must say, "Please make sure you are ordering the right thing, because the cost of returning the product is terrible" They charge you for restocking fee and you have to pay for the return of 2day shipping, which runs around $50.00. Okay, what's wrong with this picture?
My order number was 253214 placed 3/7/18, so I am a real customer. I ordered 1 based= weight + 3 stage crown + 2 stage crown + 1 sidearm extended crown. Got the package delivered yesterday 3/10/18 by FEDEX Home delivery without the base while the packing slip said that the base was included in the box. I can't accused FEDEX because the base and other items was supposed to be included in the box. This is the number 1 error. Number 2 error is that the guy who did the packaging send me the 2 different types of crowns without any label, so I do not know now what crown is for 2 stage and what is for 3 stage. My goodness!!!! IS THERE ANY CONTROL IN THIS WAREHOUSE BEFORE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED TO CUSTOMER?? We are Sunday today and they are closed, of course tomorrow I will call a manager to get refunded for the base and see if they can reship the crowns with the appropriate labels. JUST 4 SIMPLE ITEMS AND LOOK AT WHAT I AM GOING THROUGH AS A FIRST TIME BUYER! The guy who did this poor packaging should have a serious warning. I will post an update of how they handle my claim, besides the "oh, we are so sorry" Update: 3/12/18 Stephanie called this morning me and will reship the weight base + 2 crowns with the appropriate labels. Lesson we all should learn from this episode: 1-this company reads customers' reviews and care about its professional image, 2-my problem was solved within 24/48 hours. After purchasing the “EZ pipe and drape uprights,” the product has proved to be DEFECTIVE and Event Decor Direct has given me the following answer... “Unfortunately, we do not have a quick fix when it comes to this situation. Only a recommendation to purchase a newer set. You could possibly check with your local hardware store or somewhere similar, if you are looking to repair your current uprights. My sincerest apologies that I could not be of any further assistance. Please feel free to reply to this message if you have any further questions or concerns.” The fact that the uprights are no longer extendable is a HUGE problem for thousands of dollars in inventory. Without the option or information on HOW to repair the uprights, they are useless for our business. “Purchasing a newer set” only leads to the same problem if there isn’t an answer to why they are defective over time. Truly disappointed in Event Decor direct after the years of investment I’ve poured into your company.
They actually had all the supplies I needed one of my greatest experiences shopping online product arrived on time and in great condition.
