Screwed up my wedding favors orders, TWICE. They waited until the last minute to ask me questions about my order so we had them ship it to the destination of the wedding. Then they did not include everything in the order, which they then had to send via air to get it to us on time for the wedding. Thanks for the added aggravation!

Ordered Little Princess personalized water bottle labels. Upon receiving the order, found that Kate Aspen sent me Little Peanut labels instead. I called to inquire about having the order corrected and was told there was nothing they could do about it. I stated, "So I'm just stuck with something I didn't order" and she said, "Yes". I told her I didn't order this and she stated, "That's what we have on the order." Terrible Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No idea how the product will end up yet, but the customer service experience so far has not been good at all. Asked for some changes in deaign- which hopefully were made. When gave a little suggestion to have a preview of final product at the checkout, I was told they are good and its my fault that I didn’t pay attention while ordering. Very rudely. And I know there are websites that have this preview feature a standard, so nothing I suggested was unreasonable. But its the attitude. I am a customer and I expect a little courtesy or politeness. I told him, its a suggestion, he can take it or leave it and reaponse was yeah, we are good! I hope the product ends up being ok. I am already doubting my decision.

I've purchased from Kate Aspen 4 times thus far and I have to say that they have an excellent customer service team. They are friendly and very helpful. I ordered the stemless wine glasses, personalized coasters and an assortment of other types of favors; such as the whisks, measuring spoons, personalized "engraved"gold compact mirrors, personalized Pashmina Shawls and I've received the items on time and have been satisfied with my purchases. Kate Aspen has new items often and their website is very easy to use. No complaints.
