Same day service. Quality work.
I wish I could give the owner zero stars. From the moment I came in he was constantly on the phone. When requesting his service, he was very rude.... telling me I’m not the only person needing alterations. It was a simple skinny strap needing to be adjusted for a wedding the same day. He wouldn’t apologize for being rude and told me to leave that he would get my dress altered. Therefore I refused to get my dress altered. Little did he know I would have paid him more than was being asked for a quick service. I advise you NOT to go to this business.... he was extremely rude and gave horrible customer service.
Took him 3 minutes to hem my pants leg, and he gave me a cookie! Quick but I don't think $9 was worth it
Ismail is tha man! I needed pants hemmed before my flight out the next morning. He and his staff knocked out my 6 pairs of pants before the close of business same day. It was worth the drive to his Montrose location.
These people deserve to be out of business. I went there to get a price for my wedding dress and they acted nice. Offered me a drink and cookies and told me to try the dress on. So i did thinking he wanted to see so he could give me a price. When i stepped out he called a lady out and they started speaking a different language. Then then went went behind me and started asking him for something. He went to the back and i didnt see what he brought out but then i heard a ripping sound and the dress started falling off of me and i realized she cut down the back of my dress without asking. I was so shocked i couldn't even say anything. The whole top of the back of the dress was disconnected... I could do nothing but leave the dress there... So today i went to pick it up and he finally told me the price. He wanted 300 dollars. For something i didn't want. They took out the ribbon and put a zipper. I told him i was dissatisfied and wasnt paying that much. He started cussing me out and calling me a liar. Talking bout i said i would pay anything under 400. I told him to get the camera and show me when i said that. He refused and changed the subject. Talking bout take him to court. In the end i got my dress and not for 300 dollars. But he was very rude and if i was you I WOULD NOT GO THERE!!!

After reading the reviews, I seriously doubt I'll EVER come to this place. The rudeness is unjustifiable, and the inappropriateness on treating customers especially women is beyond me. I don't see how this place is still in business. This is the reason why they don't have online prices, so they can up the price whenever they need the money. I'm sooo glad I read the reviews first. Thanks!

This is how a simple hem turns out in this place... when I complained he insisted the hem is perfectly aligned and even, then he literally started screaming to get out of his place, that he knows what he is doing, he is being doing it for 58 years.... That’s the problem.... he is so old, he is blind
