I picked up my suit today and it was awesome. I ended up working directly with John Pontello versus going into the Atlanta store. John is awesome and great to work with. The way the process works is you pick your fabric, get your measurements, wait 2 - 3 weeks for their China site to make the suit for you and ship it back. Then you try on the suit and they make adjustments if needed. Last thought... My TRIO suit was much better in quality and fit versus going to a Men's Warehouse or K&G. (Both are fine places to shop if you don't have time for TRIO)
I highly recommend this location. The price of a new suit (off the rack)with tailoring is more than the price of this made-to-measure suit (which is going to fit better and provide you with more options). If you are considering buying a suit of the rack, I'd recommend coming here instead. Every interaction I have had with them has been excellent. I've already purchased two suits; I plan on buying more soon. (I don't think the shirts are as strong a value; however, the suits--and customer service--are excellent.)
Got a tailored suit and dress shirt from TRIO and am very pleased. Properly fitted clothes for a reasonable price. Once you have been fitted and measured once, you can simply place an order for any other garments you want. You can now order dress shirts online and have them shipped directly to you. I just got mine and it fits perfectly.
The service and prices here are great. In the past, I always purchased clothing off the rack and just lived with things not fitting well. I switched to getting all of my shirts at Trio and I am happy that I did. There is a huge difference in having a shirt that is custom made to fit me exactly. And on top of that, the prices are very good. The costs are comparable to buying in a department store but with the added bonus of things fitting perfectly each time. I live near the main Atlanta location so I have gone there to work with them directly. The staff have consistently been great about working with me to get the fit and look that I am going for. Overall, I am very happy with Trio and I will continue using them for my clothing needs. I started with long sleeve dress shirts but I look forward to branching into pants and suits in the future.
Great quality for a great price. The staff treat people as if you've been friends for years. They measure everything very precisely to get the PERFECT FIT. Trio makes you feel like a king of suiting. Prices are very simple and don't increase with additional features like functional sleeves. Honestly i might not see myself buying their shirts because I find express to fit me exactly perfect, but for suits I'm ONLY BUYING TRIO for now on.
Exceptional shop. Brought half my closet here for tailoring and was very impressed with the quality of their work.
I gave my husband a gift from here for suite to be made . They did an awesome job. The staff was great and I would highly recommend them . By the I will be giving gift certificate again for the holiday.
