The church headed the fundraising for my father's liver transplant in 1997. The response was overwhelming and touching, from the donations from church members to strangers donating change in the gas stations and many other sources. The goal was greatly over shot for the cost of the transplant. The church then decided that our struggling family did not need the money that was specifically raised for my father and our family, despite the over $2000 per month cost in medication alone to keep the new liver in his body and to keep him alive. They built that nice big parking lot instead. Being quite young, I didn't fully understand all that transpired. All I knew was that I was being ripped away from a place I loved and my mother was further stressed and inconsolable. My older brother understood much better and was quite bitter, and this was the catalyst for his quick exit from Christianity. On the one hand, thanks to the church for paving the path for my older brother and me seeing the truth in Christianity and leaving it behind for good. On the other hand, I hope that parking lot turns into a sink hole and swallows the whole of the church and causes irreparable damage.

I love this church. It is bible nased teaching. It is leas by a man who i believe ia divinely inspirws by GOD. The body of believers here are warm, compassionate, caeing and loving. They have amazing community groups andn support programs. I really love this church.
