The scheduler there was very rude . I saw Mistie and she was nice and try to answer all my questions but doctors offices are so pressed for time these days there's no time to not make patients feel rushed

If you like long waits In the waiting room and even longer waits when they bring you back this is your place. If not I recommend going anywhere but here. I think Doctors don’t realize that there are other options. If I make an appointment and I don’t keep it I loose business. Same should be said at the Dr. walked out after an hour wait.

Receptionist was very rude, she was extremely short and seemed rushed and didn’t care about my pain. They tried to tell me they called and couldn’t leave a voicemail when I have no history of calls or voicemails, and I tested my voicemail and it works perfectly. Now they’re saying I can’t get in for over a month. I will be going somewhere else.

Although I agree to sometimes having to wait a little longer than I’d hope, the care is always top notch. I see Misty Martinez, she’s always there to listen and open to all the options. When necessary (and most of the time) efficiency is practiced. If everyone desires “more time” with the doc = more wait time. If the time is less and you’re in and out = people complain about no personal time. I highly recommend this office, I’ve had nothing but good experiences!

Dr. Randy Howard did not listen to me as a patient, gave no information and flat out refused to help me with maintenance medication I use for Crohn's disease. Just repeated "Ive never prescribed it so I wont". Anytime I mentioned it he would just repeat that. Very rude, would not consult the other doctors at the clinic. I've never had a doctor tell me "you aren't seeing them, you're seeing me. Now do you want my help?"... Crohns is difficult enough, finding what works is very difficult. He gave no options, but told me what I found that worked, was never going to be prescribed by him. Regardless of if it worked or not. He kept saying he would help but offered no treatment ideas, cut me off when I tried to explain what I took and that it helps.. to repeat his refusal.. but seemed to be suggesting I could be in remission... yes, because of my maintenance meds that have kept me out of the hospital for the last decade. He did refill two prescriptions I take for other reasons, and he was rude about that as well, it's the first and only GI appointment I've had like this. Will never return to this clinic.

This is the absolute work doctors office I have ever dealt with in my life. Everyone up front is rude and it took me 4 days to get ahold of the only ONE person who does the scheduling for procedures, when I get in touch with her (Chasity) she was extremely rude. She belongs behind the Walmart counter where you expect rude service..not healthcare. The wait was extremely long. It sucks because the NP was very nice. But I wouldnt return to this office if they were the only people in the word capable of saving my life.
