Terrible experience. After waiting and watching my appointment time pass by, I went to front desk to inquire when the doctor would be seeing me. I was nonchalantly informed that it would be at least an hour more wait time. Apparently this is standard for this doctor and office. When I suggested that the front desk should inform patients that their appointment time would not actually be at the time that was scheduled, the response I received was that the doctor sees 20 patients a day and she has other things to do than tell patients that. Seriously?!?! I took my paperwork and left. Will find another doctor and staff who respects my time.

The doctor is excellent. for those complaining about wait time, that's what happens when you try to see a doctor many others want to see as well. Hes been my father's doctor for awhile now and has been excellent

Oh man. Ugliest doc office I've ever been in. Dirty and cluttered. Waited over an hour for my appointment. Would not recommend to anyone! There are too many good doctors in Chicago to put up with this office. There are signs everywhere that say they are sorry if they can't maintain appointment times due to "best possible care".....so I have a feeling they run late often! Don't go here!!

He was recommended by my primary Northwestern physician, and I am SO thankful. Dr. Siegel is also a Northwestern doctor, but you'd never guess it since the office has hundreds of souvenirs from global trips. Befor Dr. Siegel, I saw another ENT who misdiagnosed my issues; Dr. Siegel re-assessed my nose, explained why each issue occurred based on various indicators, and gave several treatment options. Thank you! Caveats - He runs late often, yet! Bring a book:) He has a VERY BIG (and warm) personality with unpretentious office decorations from around the world to match. Be prepared!

Appointment time is meaningless, expect to wait more than an hour past before even getting into an exam room much less seeing the doctor

My first appointment was fine, but when I went to the follow-up two weeks later, they had no clue why I was there. I was asked if it was my one-year checkup and I had to tell them I had only been there once and that was just two weeks prior. I had to explain to them what I was there for a follow-up appointment. I mentioned that I thought it was for a CT scan, and was told, no, that didn't seem likely, and then told again five minutes later that, yes, I was probably there for a CT scan. Then I was told to wait while the staff checked to see if they had contacted my insurance to cover the scan. I waited 45 minutes and when the doctor finally came in, he gave me the "I take as much time as I need with each patient," line. I got the strong feeling that they are terribly disorganized and that I would not receive good care from them so I left.

They make you wait for almost 1.5 hours and they charge you a crazy bill. Please be careful.

Many here complain of long wait times. They have a legitimate point. I do believe the Dr Siegel and his office could do a better job with scheduling. That said, I give Dr Siegel 5 stars. He is an excellent doctor. I came to Dr S. with terrible nasal issues and he took care of me. He listens, he never hesitates to try a different approach. All he cares about is helping you get better. When my daughter had an medical issue and it looked like her surgery might be delayed, he offered to do the surgery right away. He is a doctor, through and through, 100%. He is one of the best doctors I've ever had.

Amazing ENT. After having my wisdom teeth pulled and suffered from a chronic sinus infection for 9 months he was the only doctor to discover I had a small hole from my mouth to my sinus cavity. He performed the surgery right away. Wait times in his office are awful but call ahead before going in. He spent plenty of time with me explaining my options. His office isn’t the traditional experience one would expect. Every room is a different color and there are hundreds of clocks. Entertaining to say the least. Amazing doctor. He literally saved my life.
