My hair was a mess - unhealthy looking, super-saturated with a dark, dull color that did absolutely nothing for my skin tone. One afternoon in Samantha's chair left me a bright, shiny blonde feeling 20 years younger! I can't recommend highly enough!

I was disappointed when I went to pay for my bridal services and received a total that was $50 more than what is advertised on their website. When I mentioned why are my services higher I was informed pricing went up. This is not reflected on their website and was VERY disappointing to me to NOT honor what is advertised. If there is a price change that I should have been made aware up front and not blindsided while checking out on the day of my wedding. The price increase was never mentioned to me before coming into her studio to get my services and I never received a pricing sheet from Samantha’s assistant. I did send a feedback email regarding my experience in which Samantha stated she would refund the $50 since they failed to inform me of their price increase during my booking process. I have yet to see a refund posted to my account and they will not reply to my emails.

Samantha did a FANTASTIC job styling my hair for my wedding. I was so nervous about leaving my hair down because my hair usually does not hold curl (literally at all) and she made it happen! I am so thankful I listened to her and trusted her expertise because it paid off big time! By the end of the night (literally 1 AM) my hair still looked amazing!

I am very upset with the quality of service received from this company. As a wedding planner, I strive on recommending vendors that I can trust to be top notch and professional with my clients. Over this past weekend I had two of my brides scheduled for hair and makeup trials. One was having her engagement party and another was traveling in from NYC. My first bride showed up to see that the salon was locked with no one inside. She called us confused and in tears. We had no notice and nobody was answering our calls. This is unacceptable. I rely heavily on professionalism and commitment to appointments that have been made. If an emergency arises, there should be enough respect to give us a phone call. I should never have a bride stranded at the front of a salon. I encourage you to look elsewhere when looking for hair and makeup services. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

Samantha was on time! And she did amazing we showed her pictures of what we wanted and it came out exactly like the pictures and even better! She’s very friendly definitely recommend.

Definitely worth the price. Samantha was very hands on and creative when it came to making my sister, mom, and me look like a walking dream. She didn't cause us any additional anxiety or stress during our wedding madness but instead turned our hairstyles into works of art. I'm glad we decided to go with her because she definitely makes the wedding stress alot easier/simpler!
