Have lived here a few years. Mold and poor cirulation in my building, faulty wiring which has the power going out every other week. They raised my rent another $100 this year but we haven't been able to use the swimming pool all summer, they won't put any grass in front of my apartment to make it look less ghetto. Oh and the gate never works! Only thing good I can say is the lease office it self looks wonderful, The aprtment sign too. I guess that is where all the money goes. Run far away!

I've been staying here now for about 5 months and I must say that I have been having a very comfortable experience. Maintenance request have been completed the same day I submitted them, pest control comes frequently (Even though I don't have bugs, better to be safe than sorry). The staff is always available and very courteous and professional. I am definitely going to be staying a while and I recommend this place to everyone who's looking to move :) -QR

Never be here! I will put 0 star if it is available. Really bad service! So many roaches, I had to throw my stuff out when I move out from here since they rarely to do a response your request for pets control. Never live here!!! AC never works and they won't fix it even if call them. Nobody likes here! ! !

I moved in here back in March and it’s not worth the money I had a gas leak from March until September I also had power in half of my bathroom and it took two months for someone to come out and fix the problems none of my sockets worked properly in the apartment for two months my daughter had half a carpet in her room my hot water heated busted my first week there and we had several leaks from the neighbors house come in apartment damaging our carpet. I had mold in the apartment as well🤷🏾‍♀️ Don’t waste your money here.

Faulty wiring, faulty outlets, bugs. Maintenance is super slow when it comes to responding to issues. Only good thing is location and its quiet.

O man I am not even a resident but I was saved by the comments and the staff as went in to sign a lease for same day move it once I get there Elinor the leasing agent was very unprofessional she kept me waiting over an hour and once she finally saw me she was clearly running a hussle what we discussed on the phone was completely out the window she starting pulling fees and other things out of thin air and tried to get me to leave two fees after forcing me to change my move in date I took my money orders and left immediately all they got was an app fee thank God I was saved from 12 months of than

I’ve been living here for a year now. It’s been a good experience so far and I plan to renew my lease this coming April. The management staff has been very helpful and so friendly. Maria and Elenor are amazing. The location is perfect and I’ve noticed they have overnight security now so I don’t feel unsafe at all. I love living here and I can’t wait to see the property continue to grow. I plan to be here a while.
