Manager needs to manage. Order stone on Friday to be picked up Saturday. Waited an hour for them Saturday to pull skids and load. Kudos to Sean. He was big help

Large stone yard with great service by a knowledgeable staff. Belgard pavers and wall systems, great quantities of raw materials and all the right tools to complete the project. Delivery is available. In addition knowledge of qualified contractors to contact & contract to build an epic outdoor living area!

I ordered stone through them 18 mos ago. Then needed more stone to match. When I called the receptionist/customer service rep acted like I was crazy and told me her manager would call me back. He never did. A week later I went in to the store to order. They did not have in stock, so the manager said they would order and it would take 5 to 7 business days. 10 business days later I called to check on the order, and it still has not been ordered? This place is poorly managed to say the least.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We walked around their store/lot for 20 minutes before someone offered to help. When someone finally did offer to help, they knew nothing about the materials they had and the costs. I needed to order a small amount of stone for a fireplace. They said I would have to order an entire pallet and couldn't even tell me what that cost would be. There are enough stone vendors in the Atlanta area. Find someone else to buy from.
