This is the second event we host with the Royal Ballrooms Company and the first one at this location. We had heard that this location was very modern and elegant; we loved it the first time we saw it, and our guests loved it and complimented it repeatedly the day of our baby shower. We got there and everything was beautifully set and ready to go, the setting looked amazing. The staff was very professional and efficient; they went out of their way to make our special day unforgettable. They once again exceeded our expectations and we will continue to come back for future events.

Last Saturday, I celebrated my mother's 90th birthday at Gem Banquet Hall. I wanted to thank the owners, Melissa and Erick, and in particular Maria Cristina for all their help. Erick was there during the set-up to make sure everything was OK. The service during the event was great from all; servers, bartender, kitchen. I also want to thank our DJ. He was very helpful, pleasant, and a big help. The only complaint I had from the guests and I agree with that opinion is that the drinks were weak and the bartender needed a little more help to keep up with us. The food and appetizers was average. The venue is beautiful, modern, the lighting was very pleasant, and the decorations looked great. Overall it was a great celebration and the staff helped us to make the celebration a memorable night.

I had the pleasure of attending a baby shower at this venue. It's a very cozy ballroom. The staff were courteous and friendly, from the waiters to the bartenders. The main course and desert were tasty and filling. And the cocktails The event showcased the flexibility of the venue. We went from a nice family-oriented day-time shower, (with a projected slide show, dancing and games), to an after-hours adult affair: karaoke and dancing complete with strobe lights and smoke machine. I can honestly recommend this place as a good fit for various types of events

This is the third time that I attend an event at this location. The place is amazing but the owners modify the inside for every single event. As soon as you open the front door is like entering to a different world. I love how professional the servers, the bartenders and everyone is there. I was surprised how well dressed the servers were for the occasion. I will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone.

The ideal banquet hall is one of the best that I have attended. The venue is very clean, food was great, the place is very beautiful and service was incredible. Ana Maria and her staff were very professional, friendly and cooperative to make everything perfect and incredibly enjoyable. The staff exceeded our expectations. Everything in our baby shower was perfect, I wouldn't change anything about it.

I recently had my second baby shower and loved everything about the experience. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. The lighting was beautiful, not to mention the decorations and the flowers! The food was also delicious, and the staff and their service was very professional. Ideal Banquet was a great affordable venue for our wedding. I love the owner of Ideal Banquet. She was very attentive to our needs from the start. They made our wedding day really special. Our guests were happy and commended how decorations was beautiful, food was really good, staff was friendly, and so on. I still get compliments about our wedding at Ideal Banquet til this day. Everything went as perfectly planned. I have no complaints. My husband and I had a great time. Our family and friends had a great time. I would recommend Ideal Banquet for any occasion.
