The receptionist was rude and didn't ask if she could help me, finally i said i have an appointment and she said if i gave my name that would help. On leaving i stood in front of her for 4-5 minutes before i interrupted her again and told her i was instucted to wait for a referral and she told me to wait at the other end of the counter. Finally i just left.

Now that I have seen them for my first visit they are able to get me in quickly. The receptionists are competent and thorough, the medical assistants are very warm and friendly, I have never had a long wait, and the provider I saw was always helpful and answered any questions I had, gave me her card and her extention if anything got worse or I needed to talk to her and she or her assistant always gets back to me quickly.

Everyone here was very helpful and compassionate. They are all willing to go above and beyond expectation and make sure you feel safe comfortable and cared for. My Dr.and the nurses and the entire staff were very professional. They did all they could to be there for me even when I called several times and began to feel that I was taking up valuable time they assured me that was not the case and I should feel free to contact them at any time with any questions or concerns that I may have. You can tell they really care. I have nothing but positive feedback about my experience here.They saved my life after an Avm burst during emblolisation flooding my brain with a liter and a half of blood. Causing the need for Craniotomy and emergency open brain surgery. These people are Angels doing Gods work and I will be forever grateful for them .God Bless them.

I was lied to by two unprofessional receptionists. One being the office manager. Their employees were more worried about going on a vacation as they are on as I type this. I hope the refferral person is a teenager for her lack of honest communication when a patient is trying to expedite a refferal. I was able to confirm an authorization in ten minutes but their manager wasnt able to do a thing for me and I found out this morning she went on vacation along with the original dishonest employee. I am a veteran losing the use of his arm. I hope I get answers for these recorded calls and why I was getting the run around on 8/3/18, 8/6, and 8/7. I had my insurance call your office directly and the incompetentence by said employees is inhibiting my care. I was also hung up on for saying the F word as I spoke. Weird that apatient would cuss after getting the run around and the said persons giving me the run around are on vacation, which could be said is why they lacked effort.... after 5 different conversations with your office

Had surgery for a large osteoma in my head. The whole care team was fabulous throughout the entire process, the surgeon (Dr. Ling), the nurses (Claudia and Beth), the office administrator (Shawna), etc. Lots of care and concern and professionalism. The outcome was much better than I expected. Thanks to all of you for your work, care and skill.
