I was attended by Dr. Hayes and came out very satisfied with him. Nice person, with good character, and his attention was first. R.Leon Tampa

This place is great. It's been 4 years since my back surgery and I still feel like I have a brand new back thanks to the 6 months of Physical Therapy!

I wrote a very detailed review about Trinity Spine Center and am not sure what happened to it. Actually, nothing about this place would surprise me. This place stole several hundred dollars from me, and I mean that literally. The girl in billing was hostile for some unknown reason and her manager was incompetent and the COO was always unavailable. I have yet to see a refund a year later. Now, for the medicine part: after about six months of seeing the doctors there and being on all kinds of "pain management" and unable to hold my infant daughter, I went elsewhere and found a competent surgeon who said he could fix me, and did. I was off of my pain meds within a week and in the gym a few more weeks later. Dr Hayes,on the other hand, proposed an posterior discectomy (until glancing at the pain form and declaring I didn't need surgery), which would have taken MONTHS to recover from. The latest procedure that a competent surgeon does in my case would be always anterior. Oh, and the physical therapy there is poor, too. Not all surgeons are the same. Avoid this people mill and get good medicine.

I saw Dr. Hayes for a crushed L2 vert following a sledding accident. He recommended Kyphoplasty, but I didn't want anything surgical. Instead, I participated in their PT and saw him again at 12 weeks post injury & I was still in a great deal of pain so he again offered the benefits of the kypho... I did more research, agreed & kicked myself for not doing it at 4 weeks. I had it done with a local & while it is not a fun procedure (& you are more sore for a day or 2 after) it improved my overall pain level by 50%. He wasn't pushy AT ALL, but I wish I had taken him up on it the 1st time he offered!

This is one of the worst offices I have ever dealt with. The staff is beyond incompetent. After weeks of trying to book an appointment, being told daily someone would call me back to book an appointment only to never even once have someone call me back, I have given up on this facility. I would never want to have a relationship with a practice like this. I have met with the doctor prior and feel he could be a good doctor but with a faculty this terrible it does not matter how good the doctor is when the staff is this terrible.
