I have been going to Julie's to have my pants hemmed and even a suit tailored for over 3 years with no complaints. However, recently in the past two months I dropped off two pairs of brand new jeans with tags still on from The Limited, Julie wrote up a receipt but did not give me a copy. I went back to pick them up and she denies I even dropped them off. I have pictures of the jeans in her dressing room to prove it. Still she has not offered to reimburse me at any level. Quite disappointed and will not use her services again.

I took four pillow inserts and fabric to Julie to make pillows. She gave me a pickup date for three weeks later. When I realized that I couldn't be there on that day, I called and told her that I would pick them up later that week. She told me that she appreciated my call and her shop would be open all day except for her break time from 1:15-2:15. I arrived at her shop (after close to an hours drive) at 2:15 to find the shop closed and a sign stating that she would return at 4:15. After a two hour wait, I returned to find that she hadn't even STARTED to work on my pillows. By then, I was faced with rush hour traffic and a lot of wasted time. I am most disappointed by the fact that she didn't bother to call me to explain the situation before I made the trip. I have never written a negative review of a business before but this place deserves it.

Julie altered my wedding gown and I loved her work. I took my wedding gown to two of tailors( before Julie’s), they couldn’t do it. But Julie did it. She finished it perfectly. It’s how I wanted it. She also did alterations on my fiancé‘s suits and it’s amazing! I would recommend her to anyone.
