Dr. Laing probably saved my life ! She performed a skin check and found a spot on my stomach that looked questionable and it turned out to be skin cancer- Melanoma. She performed surgery twice and there isno scarring whatsoever. They are very convenient and work with my schedule. I would recommend them to anyone for any dermatological need .

Excellent customer service and Dr. Laing is extremely pleasant to speak with, always polite, and made me feel very comfortable. I've been to a few other dermatology centers and this location is by far the best.

I was charged with a "No show Fee" during an Ice storm, which I admit I forgot during the circumstances that had evolved. lives being in danger due to the road conditions, I would have cancelled anyway. However, after receiving a bill, I reached out and advised that i would pay the late fee (which I wasn't aware that you had) but a courtesy call would have been nice and informative. The head manager tells me I shouldn't expect the the doctor's office to remind me of an appointment (of course this is her way of "belittling" me) and that they had my number in the system wrong So if they did contact me it was left with the wrong person. ..that wasn't their fault either ...... "My Guess". She then goes on to waive the fee after her long speech she needed to get across to a patient/customer....... my point is.... If you going to say you are not responsible to give a courtesy call and leave a message reminding the patient of their upcoming appointment....... How can you charge a "No Show Fee" without informing your customer you have one? No paper work because the appointment was made on the phone. Only thing mentioned was time date, bring update insurance information.... Got to do better than that....

I've had nothing BUT wonderful experiences with Colin Gage, who is the P.A. that I go see. I just absolutely love him!! His medical assistant is wonderful as well. They make a great team. I couldn't ask for better. He's very compassionate, and I will definitely be a patient for life!

Have been with Laing Dermatology for a couple of years. TOP NOTCH WONDERFUL PRACTICE! Front desk providers very professional. Good interaction in both check-in and check-out. Dr. Laing provided very thorough and caring attention to my concerns. She gave me both corrective procedure and coached me through a good preventative plan. Dr Laing discussed personal options with me in my treatment plan. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE. I drive 100 miles round-trip to be with Laing Dermatology in Knightdale. Followup: Recent visit yielded same great service in all areas. Again, drove 100 miles roundtrip to go to this dermatologist.

Laing Dermatology is truly one of the best dermatology practices in North Carolina! Everyone is so very welcoming and friendly, and every visit is better than the next. I get the best facials and chemicals peels at least once a month and my skin has never looked better!! I love everything about that place !

I am a new patient and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff, they were all so nice. Dr. Laing was also very kind when she saw me, she answered all my questions and concerns! I am very pleased with my experience and will definitely return!

I just called to make my first appointment with Dr Laing. I received some of the best customer service via phone! They were delighted to answer all my questions and concerns.The lady's energy was so warm welcoming that I just can't wait to go to my first appointment! I'm sure it will be a amazing and a successful experience. Dr Laing Dermatology employee's ROCK!!!!! :)

My friend Heba, tried to get an appointment and Dr. Laing refused to get an interpreter. Heba was deaf. So my friend was diagnosed with Leukemia and she died. Had Dr. Laing been willing to see her, Heba may have lived. Her issues started with dermittological issues. Don’t see Dr. Laing. She has no heart for people with disabilities.

I got an appointment to check for skin problems,and spots problems! the doctor Laing came over for only 2 minutes, she only prescribed a $20.00 pills that doesn't work and charge me for the appointment over $90.00! the treatment (pills) is a supply for a month and she told me to get another appointment! Of course i didn't want to go again to pay another $90.00 for nothing! She don't care about your skin problems! She didn't even want to check to see your skin! I went because I saw in the website that they do many different treatments and actually I wanted to do more extensive work on my skin but she didn't even expend time with me to talk or explain about other treatments! Really bad experience! She only cares for the money!
