Dr. Powell is great. Office management & billing are the worst I have ever worked with. I recommend that you never pay more than your co-pay at the time of service! They gave us an estimate of our services and we over paid. Over the last 2 months, We have called at least 6 times to talk to them about our account and billing over payment. We also talked to the front desk to address our concerns and why we weren't getting a call back, but that didn't help either. Our insurance has also called several times to work with them on our behalf, and they wont call them back either. You will get put into voicemail, with no call back or help!

Do not use this group. I was seen there and put a card on file as a back up if I do not pay my bill ( great policy). I have yet to ever receive a bill from them and they have taken money from my credit card. With no explanation of my bill they just take money if and when they feel like it? I don't think so. I don't know about anyone else but I don't work that way. I pay my bills but I am not going to pay for something that I have not seen a bill for. Who do they think they are? There has to be a law against it. Ethical? no

All the staff is great. Service was super and done on time. Office was very clean and comfortable. No stress or worries. I have referred a few coworkers and family members there. Thank you for a great experience.
