I have been a patient of hers for about ten years and she was wonderful. The past year I have had several seizures and needed more of her time. I leave messages with no call back telling her I just have tremors and shakes with no call back. To get someone on the phone is so hard. The phone just ring and rings. I needed paperwork filled out since July and still cannot get completed. I have called to get what I needed to find later on she was discharging me as a patient. ALL CAUSE I NEED MORE HELP THAT HER AND HER STAFF CANNOT FULFill! Never saw a doctors office like this one. During this process I have found plenty of resources I can file I complaint against her office.
Dr Schoenberg and her ladies went above and beyond for my medical condition. Thank you for never giving up!
Dr. Schoenberg s very professional and kind. She listened to all of my concerns and put me at ease. Her staff is all very pleasant and helpful. SHE WAS REALISTIC WITH ME. Very through advice,. She was very warm and friendly which I like, but completely professional with the questions, feedback, suggestions of what I should do to understand the future of my health. We discussed nutrition a bit which is vital to me, I do believe we are what we eat! Even though this was a neurological exam, doctor Laura Schoenberg treated me as a whole person for my condition. Excellent physician, i Would recommend her highly to anyone looking for a neurologist.
Personable, caring, overall an excellent doctor. I have been in her care for over 15 years and have never felt safer.
I never do this but i had to bc this is one of the only doctors I have taken my father to that is the whole package. She is very intelligent, down to earth and has a spark to her but above all else she showed such empathy and kindness. My mommy has been sick for 7 years and we have seen many doctors, Dr Schoenberg was able to tie everything together for us and even has gotten her off needless meds and so much more.
I Was recommended to see Dr Schoenberg by another neurologist for a Medical Marijuana evaluation. I must say Dr. Schoenberg and Staff where all very nice and helpful. I was impressed, I actually switched neurologists because of how impressed I was. I would recommend Schoenberg Neurology
I was recommended to see Dr. Schoenberg for the medical marijuana program and she was very informative and helpful. It was simple to set up an appointment and he answered all of my questions. I didn't know what to expect because NY's MMJ program is so new, the staff helped me get my ID card and made my NYS login. The medical marijuana is great and helpful for my nephropathy and pain. . I would recommend her to anybody.
Schoenberg's office was very professional and doctor was thorough and gave me great attention, while addressing all my concerns with a great treatment plan. Very satisfied
Dr Schoenberg is EXCELLENT! Nice demeanor,knowledge, really cares. Treats you like you was the most important person in the room. She is one of the best doctors I have ever had. I am so glad I have found her and her EXCELLENT STAFF!
