This salon is nearby my house and I decided to try to get my hair done. I called on a Monday and spoke with Victoria regarding a full color and cut and I told her to book an extra 30 minutes because I have long and thick hair. My appointment was for Thursday. Well today is Thursday, I walk in and the girls at the front desk can’t seem to find my appointment, then when they find my appointment it’s the wrong services… I was told the stylist would be there shortly. I told them I needed to leave within three hours because I needed to go to work. After another 10 minutes, I was told that the stylist still wasn’t in, and he wasn’t answering his phone. She said I would probably have to come back around 1130. Unacceptable. I will never go back and I don’t understand how this place has so many great reviews.

I love this Salon, everyone is very friendly! Beautiful salon, ask you if you would like a drink, I prefer the glass of wine! Cristina is whom my parents and I go to for all of our hair needs! She is AMAZING!

I made an appointment with Nikki and sent her pictures of what I wanted and I tell you what!! SHE DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I feel like a new person! I have been going through some hard times recently so I wanted to put a little pep back into my step! I am very particular so it is hard to trust someone with my hair but now that I found Nikki I have no more worries I know I will be taken care of! She is such a sweetheart too, so caring and always made sure I felt comfortable! If you ladies need your hair done GO TO NIKKI!!!!

Tonya is AMAZZZZING! Seriously theeeee BEST hairdresser in ALL of Las Vegas!TRUST! My hair was severely damaged and unruly. Thankfuly I found Tonya because she made my hair look so pretty! Now my hair looks and feel so healthy! If you want gorgeous hair ask for her, she truly knows hair. You'll be happy you did!! :)
