I really didn't want to even rate 1 star but there isn't a way to give them a zero so unprofessional went for an appointment drove 45 min only for the salon to be closed

Unbelievable and horrifying experience, I went there for a hair cut, the lady was so rude and disrespectful that I wanted it to be over soon, and fortunately she made it little easy for me. She demanded the service cost in the middle of the cut, I was totally at shock. At that point it was just too much disrespect for me and I denied to have her service and went out in few seconds. This is an unbelievable experience for me. Wish I could rate it negative 5. Piece of advice to that lady: if you cannot use a comb and only can use a machine with a guard, you should not be working at a hair saloon. Learn your job and manner.

This place is just a mess. Been waiting two weeks for hairspray That was supposed to been ordered 3 weeks ago. One day they were totally closed when there were supposed to be open. I hope it gets better Under New Management

175 Outer Loop open 7 days a week 10-7 Monday-Saturday and Sunday 12-5PM or 2-7PM.

They were very friendly and very helpful and awesome atmosphere and loved the work they did

So of course I had to find my long lost beautician, Elgina Smith, and as ALWAYS she greeted me and my sister in law with a smile!!!! Gina makes me feel comfortable from start to finish and takes pride in her work. She explains step by step what she is doing. Even if you have no clue about hair, once you consult with her you will feel confident that you have chosen the right chair. I went in with my hair a mess and came out BLESSED!!!! My color (purple passion) is all that!!!! And I most definitely will be back!!!!
