They are poorly managed (hold times of 7-10 minutes each time I called with no answer in sight, I just hung up) and they don't have flexible scheduling ( I work the typical 9-5 job). Snappy and self-righteous receptionists. An important part of business is incorporating in to your business model the ability to accomodate customers. Unimpressive. Unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have been going to Mantra Hair Salon for years now. Rachel is my go to hairstylist and colorist and I absolutely love her. She is the 1st person to finally tell me not to work against my hair texture but work with it and embrace it. How powerful and positive is that? I am always greeted with a big smile and offered coffee water or wine. Whenever I walk out I feel 10 times taller and more confident! I would recommend this Hair Salon to anyone who wants a beautiful quality haircut color or style. And the owners are pretty darn wonderful themselves!

Amanda knows hair. Seriously! I was tired of my hair color and needed something different- she knew exactly what I was looking for and there was practically zero damage after gently lifting the color from my naturally brunette hair color. she took me from a virgin brunette to a natural, sun kissed caramel. I also noticed how friendly and supportive their team is; I started to feel like I was a part of it. Almost every stylist who walked by came by and complimented Amanda's work and of course it's a major confidence boost for me. I would feel comfortable seeing anyone here, but Amanda is forever my go-to. I love Mantra!

I was fortunate enough to find Mantra Salon after trying 5 other salons over the past year or so--either I was dissatisfied with the quality of my cut and color, or the general atmosphere of the salon, or both. The staff at Mantra is so much more professional, and far friendlier, than what I have found at other salons. My stylist Jeanette is quite talented and really listens to what you want to do with your hair. Katharine at the front desk makes clients feel warmly welcomed. Seriously, the best salon around!

I have been coming to Mantra to get my hair done for some time now. I have to say, this is the happiest I've ever been with the depth and tone of my hair color. Cassie has been doing my highlights, and every time, the result is absolutely beautiful. I've always struggled with my blonde hair turning brassy after having gone red for a couple of years. Cassie has been able to get rid of the warmth and brighten my color all at the same time, without me needing to get rid of any length. I've also gotten Great Lengths extensions here. The entire process was a breeze, and I was perfectly color matched. They really take the time to ensure that the extensions look 100% natural. If you are in the market for extensions or blonde coloring, I highly recommend Mantra Salon.
