Sadly I could not get past his intake person who answered the phone "Bookkeeping". I was about to hang up after thanking her and saying I had the wrong number. She said "wait are you looking for Dr Leifesete" we started tot alk about scheduling an apointment for my daughter asked me what insurane i Had, when I told her she said "He does not accept that ok? Goodbye" That was it - all of 1 minute and she cleraly could not be bothered. This woman was rude, could not be bothered and was unprofessional

The process of finding a doctor that comes referred by people you know and takes your insurance is time consuming. I had to schedule 5 weeks out for my son for Dr Leifeste. In the meantime, a mandatory band camp came up and I had to reschedule. I called two weeks before the appointment to reschedule and never got a return phone call. I made a mistake of forgetting about it until it popped up as a reminder on my calendar. When I finally spoke to the receptionist, she told me that she could cancel the appointment but couldn't reschedule because Dr Leifeste was no longer accepting patients with my insurance. I have never been treated this poorly by an office I have never stepped into. Now I have to start the process all over again of finding another doctor who accepts my insurance and is someone that comes recommended. I will probably have to wait another 5 weeks. Meanwhile, my son needs help. How disappointing!
