Motor Coach Consulting International most certainly exceeded my expectations. I have used this company multiple times for several day trips. Each trip has left my guests exceptionally impressed by their superior level of customer service, professionalism of the driver, and luxury of the shuttle bus.

Horrible. The driver was looking at directions on his phone! Bad move with 23 on the bus. One of our travelers had to give him directions, he took 3 wrong turns. One before we even got out of town. Driving from Gibbs Gardens in Ball Ground, GA to Dahlonega, he drove 50-60 going around curves that should have been taken at 35 mph, scared everyone on the bus. When the destination is booked, a driver that knows the area should be assigned not someone that needs to look at his phone instead of the road for direction. The number on the bus was GM33, driver name was Frank. Horrible, horrible experience. I would never use this service again. One star is too many.
