As a first time customer, I was very pleased with the quality, turnaround time, and packaging. I ordered over 20 different 11x14 images on their different papers. They all were exceptional, but I and others really loved some of my street art images that were metallic prints. I'm excited about ordering more from them in the near future. P.S. some of the negative reviews are from people who clearly didn't follow ordering instructions or didn't crop their images correctly...

As an amateur photographer I find them quite excellent! I have had prints, canvas and wood block and have been very pleased with each. They arrive packaged very securely and in a timely manner. I do feel the website could be a bit more user friendly. (so, maybe 4.5 stars?) Will always use them for my most prized photos.

Fantastic prints! My marketing guy was worried about fidelity to the original artwork, but this is dead on to the original. No worries here!

Ordered my son's senior pictures through this place... was a rather large order. I was not impressed by the quality. I took the worse of the pictures to Wal-Mart for a reprint, turned out SO much better color and quality. I specifically chose this company because it had die cut prints. Huge mistake. Go through someone else. Will not be recommending to anyone.

First off the print quality is perfect. I have ordered prints from them on more than 4 occasions now, and have never had any issues. Second, the customer service is superb, when I contacted them because I needed my prints sooner than I thought I would receive them I was upgraded to overnight shipping. I can’t thank them or recommend them enough.

They printed the wrong order 2x and have stopped answering emails and calling me back. I’m furious because the print was for my client which I explained multiple times. I have been dealing with this over a month.
