Insanely overpriced. Be very careful going here to make sure your insurance will cover it. My insurance ended up saying they were out of network and I was responsible. Which is fine that happens. However the bill for just 1 office visit was $503 which I thought was absolutely absurd for an office visit. Called them and they wouldn't do anything about it and tried to justify it by saying that was "standard" for a specialist visit...BS that's greedy. I got a CT scan not too long ago without insurance for only $325 you can't honestly try to say that talking to the doctor for 30mins costs $503.

My husband made an appointment at Northwest Center for Colorectal Health to get some relief from an external hemorrhoid. He was told from his doctor that he needed a specialist. He went to the appointment as scheduled. The doctor did an exam, but nothing else. There wasn't any treatment of any sort. We were charged as if my husband had surgery. We ended up paying more to go to this clinic than if he would have gone to the emergency room. We contested the bill and they said by doing the exam (something more than talking) that it is coded as surgery. Now, subsequently they have a form that you have to sign, acknowledging that you will be billed as surgery. Even though this form was not in place when my husband went, we are still required to pay their bill. If my husband would have received ANY sort of help or relief, I wouldn't be writing this review. He received nothing, just a waste of time, energy and now money. I would avoid this center. No help/relief, big bills. Go to the ER.

My husband and I have both had colonoscopies at this location on two different occasions. I also had a hernia repair a few years back. This place is amazing. The service is great...everyone is friendly and their number one priority is your health and safety. They offer updated medical procedures and pain control methods. I think one of the nicest things about this private facility is that you don't feel like you are in a hospital setting and the Doctors and staff are more than personable. I have nothing but good things to say about getting a private medical procedure at Northwest Center for Colorectal Health, LLC. I give them a 10. D Siggson

I am a health care professional. Instead of my specialist copay I normally pay, apparently they charged me without telling me for the doctor to take a glance inside with no special equipment for a very basic exam with no special equipment beyond what a gyno would use. This amounted to major cost difference which I was never alerted to and I would have had second thoughts about because the hemorroids exam (around $550) was not relevant anyway, according to the same doctor I saw at Colorectal NW that day. But I guess he wanted to get some more money out of our visit that day. I thought I was just going to be charged for the visit which you would think would include a basic exam (and frankly I've been a regular of the medical system due to Lyme so I'm not naive). Further, their office did not tell me in advance, only after I dragged myself into an appointment and paid my copay, that I would have to go to another doctor to do the same office visit again anyway because my insurance wouldn't cover the clinics where he works to do the more invasive procedure. Fortunately my symptoms resolved. These shady business practices should be referred to the medical board. I will never go back here again. Dr. Manchio was so nice it caught me off guard but so are the nicest, sleeziest car salesmen.
