Dr. Murrell is the best! He's so caring, attentive, friendly, funny, charismatic and kind. He made me feel so comfortable in an uncomfortable and vulnerable physical situation. While the surgery he performed on me has been the most excruciating experience of my life, I trust him wholly and his entire staff has been so caring, responsive and patient with me during the recovery process.

The question should more aptly be who ever has had an issue with this charismatic, dynamic, no-nonsense great physician. Good listener, quick mover. Has done great television spots for Cedars as well!!

I love doctor Murrel, but his staff is not pleasant to deal with. Holly(office manager) is the worse. She lied to me about faxing some papers. She clearly told me that she would fax them. It turns out that she wants me to do it. Or I can pay $25 per fax. I have never had so much trouble with any other office. He needs to get new staff because his staff is very lazy. They won't do anything if u don't cough up $25. She even charged me to file my edd. Could you believe that?
