It’s very hard as a patient to reach anyone. They give you a run around. I was supposed to be cleared for surgery and a month goes by, I haven’t heard anything, I call to find out what’s going on and to schedule. That’s when I find out I have 2 more required meetings with one of the doctors. That’s a month wasted that I could have been getting those visits taken care of. I tried to call my case manager and no one picks up. I tried to call the doctor, same. It’s sort of lacking in professionalism at this point. So not only am I getting a run around, at this point my physical health is being put on hold.
