This place is one of the best in the Austin area! All the specialist are very kind, courteous, and professional. I would definitely, return and refer my family & friends.
I am not sure how this place even got 3.3 stars that is not well deserved. In all honesty, save yourself time and headache you will face from dealing with this Orthopaedic medical office. The front staff are rude and very unprofessional both on the phone and the manner they treat patients. You deserve respect and attention you need as a patient. The doctors spend less time with you to hear your concern and have instead their PAs see you after the first consultation. I paid here to see an MD not a PA. The other issue I had with this office is medical billing who use higher medical codes to charge your insurance higher copays. Ever visit I made to this office, I would pay my deductible and they would charge my insurance. Weeks later I see bills asking me to pay for my last visit. I went in person to resolve the medical bill, the front desk told me someone will get back to me and it took literally days to get the hold of someone. I am already seeking medical attention from another place and I put this review to help you be aware of this orthopaedic office.

Waited too long. In the follow up appointment, they accepted a copay for telling me that they cannot do anything for me...
Don't go there. It's amazing that the people that I see there look like they are on their last leg. 2 doctors there mentioned surgery the first visit. Beware of this place. I got this confused with another orthopedic place I was told to go to, it's Texas Orthopedics. This is a place that I wouldn't trust, if you are older it's as though throw granny over the cliff. ,don't go to the young back Doctor there it's laughable. Go to someone that has shaven more than twice.
Had a reverse shoulder implant by Dr. Seade. Incredible! Back to work in 2 weeks, doing everything within a year. I would not go to anyone else. Amazing staff.
Dr Dodgin and his PA Ryan are fantastic, the medical staff and the front office staff are awesome as well. Everyone has been very easy to get along with. Your in good hands.As an RN I recommend this whole practice. I have never had better treatment since I moved to Texas.
Dr. Heinrich did an excellent job on my knee revision surgery. Dr. Seade helped me with a shoulder injury. I highly recommend them!
VERY HAPPY! These doctors don't mess around! Dr. Josey looked at my MRI and straight up laid out the path of what to expect. The thought of surgery is scary, but you need a doctor who can tell you the truth! They know their stuff! Experienced and professional. Total FIVE STARS!
Dr. Heinrich did a fabulous job on my knee replacement. He was compassionate and patient in every interaction I had with him. His staff was very helpful and willing to answer the silliest questions! The online resources through the Force App got me ready for this difficult surgery. I am not sure I have every felt so ready for a surgery as I was for this one, the education with each video as the weeks led up to it made the whole idea of a replacement less daunting. I really appreciated being treated with respect and taught what I needed to know to care for myself well before and after surgery. I had the surgery at the Muve Center in Lakeway which was a great place with a fantastic support staff. The experience was better than I imagined in the beginning. I would highly recommend you consider Dr. Heinrich for your replacement as well.
Dr. Moghini is one of the most caring and professional doctors that I have ever seen in Austin! Uses cutting edge technology and took great care of my husband's neck issues .
There were several doctors I visited in this clinic about a year ago (2017). They charge an extra fee that appears to be mandatory for someone to intern and assist the surgeon (doesn't matter which procedure or problem). The staff, as others have said here, are very rude, I actually had to call them anonymously to get them to answer the phone. If they know you are an existing patient, they will put you on hold or not answer your call. (had to laugh at one comment here about being old and feeling like if so they throw you off the bus) Please note: If you cannot pay all of your bill all at once (I couldn't because I had 3 surgeries last year), you will NOT be allowed to come back and visit their doctors there. When I did call to take care of my bill the lady told me she didn't have time to look up my bill. As others have mentioned here, each time I was seen, the majority of the visits are with the PA and not the doctor. When I did see the doctor he spent less than a minute with me, even after surgery. Overall this clinic is about the money and not the patient. Support staff can make or break whether you visit a doctor, regardless of the doctor's claimed credentials. Never again. I will travel outside of Austin before I spend money on a PA
