I hired Party Paradise to decorate our lobby for a huge community event that we put on. From drawing up the floorplan, to the day of the event, Sam and his team were such a joy to work with! The balloons that they provided were GORGEOUS, and it was such a huge hit! We've been doing this event for 13 years now, and some people said that this was the prettiest lobby we've had to date. I strongly suggest hiring them for your next event!

We ordered 6 dozen balloons and a bounce house for my daughter's Up! themed grad party. The bounce house was delivered the day before, very courteous and professional delivery and set up. The balloons were delivered the morning of the party which was on Saturday. They were weighted and bagged by the dozen, delivered early, all intact and perfectly inflated. The biggest surprise is today is Tuesday and they are still afloat!! These are latex, not Mylar! I've never had balloons last this long! I wish I could attach a photo to my review�

I reserved 15 linen table cloths for my mothers memorial service at 5:20 pm on 04/23/18. I was told later that evening that my sister had already taken cover of this task. It was too late to contact the rental company to cancel the reservation. I called at 10:00 am 04/25/18 (14 hours later) and was told that there would be a 20% cancellation fee, which I was never informed of when making the reservation. I was only asked if I wanted to put down the required 20% deposit or pay it in full. I opted to pay it in full. At no time was I told that the deposit was non-refundable. I spoke with a manager and was told that there was nothing they could do that it was their policy and I should have read my receipt that was emailed to me. Even though I was never told about the fee, it had only been 14 hours and with the circumstances behind the reason for the cancellation this company was unwilling to work with me. This is a very shady business practice in my opinion and I will be sure to let everyone I know to not use this company.

Party Paradise is the place to go for any of your party needs, family owned. This guys make sure everything is perfect when you have then do anything from balloons to rentals of any kind; chairs, tables, linens, cotton candy machines, etc... they will take care of you and any part of your event.

I’ve been using Party Paradise at least for 10 years, for all my parties, baptism, communion, birthday’s, engagement party !! Sam and his brother are so nice, they’ve gone out of their way to make sure everything looks beautiful, from my outdoor and indoor parties. They have beautiful tents,linen’s and chair covers of any color that you want. They have round and long banquet table’s. Their specialty is the awesome balloon design’s that they create!! I’ll be using them for many years to come..!!!!
