Service was good the food on the other hand was not - the chicken had an odd taste that I could not put my finger on. I had my wife try it and she agreed that it was odd. They said that it was zabiha for certain things but I couldn't find the certificate.
I was looking for a local Indonesian restaurant, but could not find one. Malaysian food is similar enough so I decided to try this place instead.
Authentic malaysian food and reasonable price
The food is always ready quickly, the waitresses don't hover (but somehow provide everything you need the moment you need anything!). The food is amazing - always good quality and a lot for the price. I love this place and will continue to go to it as long as it remains the same. Oh! I also love their daily specials - always a surprise so make sure to check them out.

We went to this place. Half the restaurant was empty and the guy refused to join table or accommodate in any way possible. We were the only ones in the wait and he says 20-30 when he had atleast 4-5 tables empty. They don’t care about customers. Never will visit this place again.
Definitely unique atmosphere. Seems like family business with kids just there doing homework etc. Charming and refreshing island from American customer service culture and greed. Customer is not always right and it's OK. Food is always great and affordable.
Food was good but worst experience with people working here. We got food on table after 35 -40 min of wait and when we asked for reason politely guy just said kitchen was busy and you guys can leave if can’t wait, which is super rude. Mean while he was polite to other tables.
Awesome tastes. Very interesting culinary experience if you want to taste Malaysian cuisine for the first time. Greatly recommended.
