Great food and price and service with a smole

A hidden gem in plain sight. This is one of the few legitimate Indochinese restaurants in town. I have been coming to this place for a few years and it never disappoints me. Each plate has it's own authentic taste. The are other wanna be Chinese restaurants that try to pass their food as authentic but the taste and texture is bland and has a generic taste. The prices in here are reasonable. You get more than what you pay for. Not many know this but this place has a second menu. They sell Indonesian food as well. This is one of the few Indonesian restaurants in town. The food is much more superior in taste and quality. Not everyone tries the Indonesian menu due to the fear of trying something new. If you haven't done so, you need to do just do it. You wont be disappointed. They also have won awards and are one of the 100 best restaurants in Houston.

They speak perfect English but it still takes 15 minutes to place a simple order. Bad service

I love their food. But they need to work on their customer service. If I ask you for 3 sweet and sour sauces give them to me. I don't care about paying for them. Don't speak to me as if I'm not going to pay for what I ask for. They need to do better otherwise I'll take my money elsewhere.

Literally the only place I eat Chinese food from! Been going here probably close to 20 years. The ladies are always very friendly food is always fresh and piping hot. And of course its always delicious!

First time dining. Sweet and sour chicken was ok, chicken a little hard. Fried rice was good, but the house soup was delicious. Go back for the soup.

Generous portions of great food, but I don't have allergy issues so if you do, you should follow up with them, but I think they'll be very accommodating. This was a $30 meal with a shared appetizer, a large side of rice, 2 main dishes, and 2 tea boxes, and great sauce options. I will 100% eat here again.
