St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church has been my home church since I moved to ATL in 1995. The spirit of fellowship, of love, & of family is in the air. The spirit truly moves inside & out of St. Anthony's. This African American Catholic Church worships the Lord just like the parishes I belonged to in Louisiana really impressed me (St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in New Orleans, LA & St. Augustine Catholic Church in New Roads, LA). The StOP choir of course is awesome! What a blessing to be apart of a beautiful holy family. KPC, Inc. (Knights of Peter Claver, Inc.) is definitely alive & well here @ StOP. Celebrating St. Peter Claver Day the weekend of Sept 6-8, 2013 with a picnic @ St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Hapeville, GA on Sat. Sept 7 10am-5pm & a Mass celebration @ StOP on Sept 8 @ 8:30am Love it, love it, LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!

I really enjoy the service. It's very spiritually uplifting! Every time I visit the Atlanta area from Detroit, I make it a point to attend Mass here on Sunday.

A great faith community and I'm happy to be a parishioner!!! Fr. Vic is funny and engaging. He gives home work every week that helps to challenge us as Christians and keeps us growing in our faith. The choir and music director John Beal are spirit moving and always a wonderful addition to the mass. Join us for worship!!!
