Really friendly and helpful staff that went the extra mile and sent a beautiful bouquet. I called them for a specific order that wasn't on their site. They did a great job with it and were even kind enough to text me a photo of the bouquet before it was delivered. Prices were reasonable as well.
This is a terrific independent florist, with a wonderfully helpful staff and a vibrant selection. Their prices are better than seen at the supermarket - plus you can choose exactly what you want. We've made a weekly habit of going here to refresh our arrangement. Today, we also picked up some plants for the outdoor window boxes. You will surely be delighted with what you find!
Steve's Flower Market swooped in and saved the day!!!! My original plan to have ostrich feather centerpieces at my wedding failed because I found out that I was ALLERGIC to the feathers! WOW...(I know). So with a tight budget and tight timeline, I was able to still have a BEAUTIFULLY decorated ceremony and reception! (THANK YOU JESUS!!!) I was actually referred to Steve's Flower Market by one of my friends who simply suggested them based on Yelp reviews. IT WAS A HOME RUN!!! They were so accommodating and they were right on time with the delivery! We simply discussed a vision in person, and I left them to their creativity, and they delivered a beautiful product!!! I HIGHLY recommend them!
LOVE LOVE LOVE Steve's Flower Market! Their team provided FANTASTIC service! So happy we contracted with them for our wedding. Our flowers turned out BEAUTIFUL for our church and venue. They were so helpful and accommodating to last minute requests. On the day of our wedding, we needed extra rose petals for the ceremony, and they didn't hesitate to provide this service for us. I don't live in Chicago, so was at the mercy of internet research for this order. Steve's kept coming up as a highly rated shop. After I placed the order through their easy-to-use website, I received not one, but two calls directly from the shop apologizing that I'd placed the call too late for the order to go out on that day to that zip code and could they schedule it with the recipient at a convenient time the next day. This was really nice, as they could have held the order and delivered the next day without my knowledge. Extra points for great customer service. The attached image is of the gorgeous arrangement my friends received. Steve's doesn't appear to offer the "see what you sent" option, but these look like the photo on the order page (it's the "Lincoln Park" arrangement - note the cool names for their work ... bonus points for creativity as well). Highly recommend!
