I purchased a groupon yo try them and the make you request appt online, however they only offer on sat and sun and suggest me to pick 3 times I’d like. Well each time I do this they deny the appt times! They never have answered the phone or responded to text once out of the 8-10 I reached out. If I have to keep guesses times they’d have a free slot from just two days they’re offering how I am gonna be able to get in? It would make more since to speak with me to narrow down a slot they know they have open to get me in. I’m started to feel like it groupon prejudice as I have met another women who experienced this until her Groupon expired...not professional and the dumbest appt scheduling procedure I’ve ever seen...
Tanya is the best!!! She is an excellent teacher and really helps her students. Pilates classes are no more than 5 people, so it gives you plenty of attention.
I was given a massage (Groupon) as a gift. While the two guys at the location were pleasant, the guy who did my massage was not personable at all. He did a 54 minute massage and he was done. No conversation, no checking on me, no questions...just a massage. There wasn't a feeling of serenity or Zen...it was like whatever. He didnt give any instructions after the massage, no thank you, no come again, no did this experience meet your expectations....nothing. While i did give him a tip because i want him to succeed but he has to do a better job with trying to build his clientel.. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is the most unprofessional business I have dealt with in years. I have been looking forward to a good massage for two months, since I booked this Groupon deal. Although I did my homework before I booked it, there weren't many reviews and I was trying to support a local business. HUGE MISTAKE. I showed up on time, and she had me wait for 25 minutes in a kitchen. When she began the massage, she never introduced herself (I asked, it was Tonya), the radio with commercials was playing, and it seemed like she had never had any formal massage training. She only gave me 35 minutes out of my 60 minutes that I paid for. Then, when asked about it, she claimed she had given me an upgrade and refused to do anything further to rectify the situation. Immediately after I walked out, she canceled my second appointment without any notice or explanation. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH TO DISCOURAGE GROUPON AND ANY PATRONS FROM USING STRETCH ATL. I'm already discussing refunds with Groupon, and apparently they've said these complaints are consistent with what other customers have reported.
Today I tried a new spot @stretch_atl and the location was not in an easy to find spot, no one was answering the phone or text to assist me to find their location and I almost tapped out. Then I finally found the spot already slightly frustrated arriving at what is suppose to relax me and upon arrival the energy was just #off I was praying what is going on but I went to the ladies room took some deep breaths and said I am not about to stay... but then I walked out to another face that was so pleasant and receptive and receiving and immediately I picked up a great energy. The best stretch session ever. All this to say, the enemy will use any and everyone to distract you from something good and because I stayed I was able to walk around and up @stonemountainpark today and enjoy the beautiful #wildlife which was roaming around so freely all over the park today. So thank you #Syreetha for taking time with me during my one on one #stretch session My review is a three star because the other person who appears to be the owner was not concerned with my frustration but did me a favor by passing me off to the other person.
My massage with Courtland was THE best I've had in a long time! The massage room atmosphere needs improvement. Zen type music, softer decor, aromatic fragrance something...but Courtlands massage was A-1 rating!
I really hoped for a more positive experience, but I can only give a 2 star rating. This was a birthday gift as a groupon. The masseuse was 30 minutes late for my appointment. It was barely communicated to me what was happening or when he would be able to serve me. When I finally was calling in, he gave me no apology for the tardiness. I had to leave by 6pm so I could not afford to stay beyond my allotted time. Therefore, my 1hr massage was only 30 minutes and no apology or compensation was given for that either. The business seems super quaint and nice so I would really love to try another service perhaps, but I feel discouraged as of right now.
This place is just god awful. First, I decided to try this place out because they were offering 2 massages with hot stones or paraffins for an hour on groupon. But no, they actually have failed to notify groupon that they don't offer this service anymore, and I didn't find out until after I'm already at my first appointment. Whatever, so I decide to look past it right? No. My original appointment for my second appointment was set for 12PM and when i go to check the link, it says it's cancelled. The day before my appointment I get an appointment reminder for an appointment at 1PM. I never received any notification about cancellation or even a rescheduling that was done by them. So I call to tell them I can't make it because I was under the assumption my appointment was cancelled and couldn't do the new time anyways. The lady is so rude and interrupts me while I'm trying to explain the situation and wouldn't even hear me out. She insists the appointment was made at the same time as my original appointment but I legit had email proof that wasn't the case!! Honestly just the worst experience ever. They need to get it together. Would never recommend this kind of terrible service to anyone. Save yourself and move onto another massage service.
Courtland your hands are amazing. five stars hands down. However, the message room atmosphere needs a little work. Aromatherapy, soft music, jazz, classical Enigma something. Thank you so much Courtland. I had went to Six flags and rode all the roller coasters. I needed that message.
