Any time I'm in Austin, visiting TK Stretching is always on my list. Being fairly active with jiujitsu and weightlifting, there are a lot of areas of my body that need fixing, and no one has done a better job than Kim and Tim. Plus their names rhyme, and I like that. I highly recommend having them fix you up.

I arrived at TK Stretching at the recommendation of a friend, and I can't stop telling people about it! Stretching - dare I say, better than a massage?! Working with Kim was amazing - she was really intuitive, and listened to me, and my body. And, the Voila Method. VERY awesome experience. I trusted her, the process, and went in ready to be vulnerable and open to all the things that could come up. I'm now walking with less pain, and feeling a lot lighter. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I have been going to Kim for Voilà and FST for over a year now. I don't even know how to begin to explain the benefits of Voilà and FST. Voilà has changed my life. Voilà has helped me heal physically and emotionally. Kim and Tim, use Voilà to communicate with your subconscious to heal your body. Yes! I said, Heal! They align your skeletal system, therefore creating harmony within our bodies, known as Structural Joint Balancing. That knot, pain or discomfort you felt, will be gone with only a few corrections. Mine did. Fascia Stretch Therapy has improved my range of motion, flexibility and mobility. That tight shoulder, groin or IT band will feel looser within one session. Your first time will feel like you're walking on clouds. Who wouldn't want to feel that way? I highly recommend them. They are the best!
A MUST!! As an active weekend warrior and full-time desk jockey, there are few things i have found for body mobility and recovery that work as well as FST, and TK Stretch are the bomb!! In tandem with ART Sports Massage, Kimmy has helped to keep this 45 yr old squatting and running strong- can't wait to also learn all about the Viola Method she has been educated on also!
