Going to Total health and Fitness literally changed my life! I worked with Anjee and she is AMAZING! She not only helped me reach my fitness goals, but she also taught me and gave me all the tools to stay looking/feeling great after my program ended. I had no idea how much I simply didn’t know before going there! Now over a year later, I still always refer to the meal plans, workout plans and healthy recipes they gave to me during my program. I am still in the best shape I have ever been in and I don’t have to stress about it. Seriously awesome experience with Total Health and Fitness! Worth every penny!

If you're looking for a personal and customized fitness/nutrition plan, THIS IS THE PLACE! The facility and staff are professional and friendly. They push and encourage you throughout the program, so you realize your full potential. They teach you how to integrate health and fitness so it becomes a part of your every day life. You gain knowledge that extends well beyond the weeks you actually train with them. Well worth the money!

Working with Bailee truly could not have been better. She was upfront and honest with me from the start and educated me every step of the way to make sure I was capable of managing my weight on my own upon completing the process. Bailee became a friend to me over the course of my 6 month program and kept me accountable to help me reach my goals (I lost 10% body fat and 6 in of my waist!). As a vegetarian, I was nervous about the meal plans being bland, but they never were. She always gave me meal plans that I enjoyed and gave me workouts that pushed me to build a better body. I was so happy with my results and so grateful to have had the opportunity to meet and work with Bailee!

I have absolutely loved my experience with Total Health and Fitness! Zach Miller was my trainer and I couldn't have asked for someone better for me. He understood my issues and helped me work through them. I have had three back surgeries in the past seven years and was there for terrified to lift weights. Zach helped me know and understand the proper way to lift so I would be safe. He changed my life! I went from 32% body fat to 17%! He now trains my wife, sister, brother and sister-in-law. I would recommend Zach and Total health and fitness to anyone!

Everyone thus far has been very nice to me. I am very trusting of my coach in both nutrition and exercise. Great location. Very good program. I highly recommend it. I've only been doing this for around 2 weeks now and I am already seeing wonderful results. I feel like it will propel me into a great life of healthier living. And I am feeling a lot more confident in myself after only these two weeks.

I love Total Health & Fitness. I have gained strength I didn't know I had. Donna has been so patient with me and pushed me further than I would push myself. I love the one on one attention I receive. I look forward to working with Donna each week. She has encouraged me along the way and is just a phone call or text away when I have questions or concerns. The facility itself is always spotless! The staff is great! I am so close to my goals and look forward to the maintenance phase.

I loved my experience at Total Health and Fitness! My consultant, Jamie, was both professional and personal. She had high expectations then cheered me on to help me exceed my fitness goals. I learned so much about exercise and nutrition and was amazed at the consistent results that came from following my personalized exercise and nutrition plan. I loved that the recipes were simple and delicious and were made by fresh ingredients I could find at the grocery store. At the end of my 12 week program, I lost a total of 15 lbs of fat and felt strong, healthy, and empowered. Thank you, Total Health and Fitness!

I worked with Jason Manchego. He helped push me in my work outs and helped me see how strong I could be. He also help adjust my diet to include things to satisfy my sweet tooth. It has been a year since I have been through the program and I managed to keep 15 lbs off. I hope to sign up soon so I can get the extra help to get off another 15 lbs. I am glad I joined and hope to do it again!

Fantastic place! I went in looking for help in so many ways and was helped in every way possible! The nutrition guidance given is easy to understand and very doable. The fitness plans are challenging but you quickly see results. I will recommend TH&F to everyone!

I have worked with David Johns off and on at Total Health and Fitness for several years now. All of the employees there really know their stuff and have helped me dial in my diet for great results. Best thing is they base it on foods you like and is easy to maintain. Its not only for those who are out of shape either. I’m in great shape, but occasionally need to get myself back on track and have some accountability and Total Health and Fitness is the best I’ve found for helping me do this. I would recommend them for anyone trying to improve their overall health or fitness level...beginner to advanced!
