Most of the people here have no business being in healthcare. No compassion and they aren’t attentive. The nicest person was the ED TECH and the Administrative lady. Everyone else had an attitude as if I was ruining their conversation by coming in. They were extremely rude to my husband. The X-ray tech was on edge. He jumped at everything I said as if I offended him. I asked him should I take my wrap off for the X-ray and after u thanked him for taking the X-rays and he said excuse me what was that? While he pushed me in the bed he kept hitting the counter and when my husband tried to help the tech insisted there was enough room. This place is not a place I would return especially in a vulnerable state of being sick or injured. I work in healthcare myself and this was not good.

Best hospital I’ve ever been to. Pretty long ago, I had a life-threatening allergic reaction to something that I ate on accident at school. My mom picked me up and took me to the ER, and they very quickly gave epipen and all that. Then, they put me in a room. From what I could remember, they thought I was way younger and talked to me in this very childish voice and I was like wow ok, so they put me on a bed, and did like 10,000 things. They were comforting through the whole way and they pretty much saved my life. I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for them. I really thank them for that 😁

The worst ever!!! Will never go back, the ER Dr. Didn't listen to what my concerns were, in triage I had a 102 temp, extreme pain. Took 3 hours to get in a room... and still didn't relieve my pain, till 30 min before discharge!! And the next day went back to urgent care for extreme dehydration and the urgent care doc looked at the er notes and they never gave me fluids!!! Even after seeing I needed it!!! So urgent care gave me 3 iv bags!! All staff were completely rude!

The waiting time it's really long 2 hours at the reception and 5 hours in the room to finally get a wrong diagnostic, the next day we have to comeback with a worse pain and we was waiting more then the night before if you really appreciate your health go to a real ER , don't waste your time and your money.

I was recently having some digestive issues along with heart palpatations that were becoming more and more frequent. I thought I'd go to valley because I "thought" they were much better than other hospitals. I was very wrong!! When I arrived a few nurses with a new nurse tossed me in a room for an EKG quickly told the new nurse what to do, then left. This new girl seemed nervous and confused. If I had a heart attack, or was having one, I wouldn't want this new girl with my life In her hands. A trained nurse should have stayed in the room! After a 2 hour wait, and seeing people get called back that had come afyer me, I took it upon myself to go pee in a cup which sat in the room the whole time (4 hours) room stay. No one tested it. The guy that put my IV in looked like he couldn't even open his eyes. First thing Dr said when she walked in was, "so I see you've had palpatations before?" So right off the bat, I'm going to be treated like an anxiety patient. When it was time for me to go the guy with closed eyes took my IV out and told me to feel better. He left the room. I had absolutely no discharge paperwork given to me and I had to unhook myself from the EKG machine!!!!

Loved the birthcenter when I had my son in 2015 , but every other time I’ve been to the ER it’s been nothing but a bad experience, the staff at the reception are just a joke. Always gossiping and talkings nonsense, always on the phone. And answer very rudely to questions or concerns. I even witnessed a “nurse” who was trying to get a man into a wheelchair nodding her head back and fourth as she was getting inpatient of the man Was having trouble sitting down and lowering himself to the chair in pain, and he nurse was just eye rolling and getting impatient about it instead of offering to help take his crutches and give him a hand to sit him down or even grab the crutches for him ! So unprofessional and disappointing so far at least in the ER area. Prepare yourself to wait a decade before you can see a doctor

Doctors are excellent. Nurses are useless. Wait times are horrendous. Most of the staff there just seem to sip lattes and chit chat for a living. I don’t know why they call it the Emergency, because you get a better sense of urgency at your local Walmart.

The treatment here is worse than the treatment animals would be given. The patients in the waiting area and in the rooms howl in pain, while the staff comfortably laughs and jokes around. Spent 6 hours here and was given no real diagnostic, just pain pills and a shrug.

Can’t staaaand going here!! I tolerate the place because Im always hopeful for a change every time I need to visit the “Local ER” ,I really don’t even know why because every time I go, I’m always waiting 1-2hrs before I finally see a doctor! I’m a family of 6...and I cannot rely on this place! They have a nice ER section! All renovated and maybe about 6yrs old?? About 35 new rooms and when the lobby is full...u walk back and see their patient monitor screens...there’s only about 4 names??? If my daughter didn’t have an allergic reaction, I would’ve driven the EXTRA MILES(as I usually do), all the way to Either Swedish or Seattle’s children!
