I was amazed on how fast I was checked in by the friendliest and professional personnel. My appointment was scheduled for 10:45, and as soon as the big hand on the clock hit “45” my name was called. No waiting for an additional 20-30 minutes like most places, this place ran like clock work. The technician was super nice and very professional as well. I felt very comfortable and confident in her skills and knowledge. I would definitely return if I ever needed to!
Staff are kind and very professional, comforting especially for first timers. Given thorough explination of procedures making the experience memorable. Establishment is clean and plenty of seating and parking.
There was a long wait and even though I was early to my appointment, I got a late start on my CT scan, so I missed more work than I thought I would. Bu once inside the CT scan area, I had a great experience. The tech seemed capable and confident and the procedure was quick and painless.
The people are friendly and the process was pleasant, not considering the wait time. There is no way to make an appointment so no matter what you have to wait anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours to be seen. I didn’t have a choice so I waited an hour and a half. They said it’s less busy after four, but the waiting room was still full at 4:30.
This is my place to go if I need x-rays, ct scans, ultra sounds, mammograms, blood work, etc.! I just love the people. They are so friendly and do an awesome job with whatever needs to be done. And they’re pretty quick too! Thank you Valley Radiology, Good Sam! 😊
Although the wait was quite long, all of the staff were so nice. The X-ray tech was very kind and very helpful since I have some difficulty walking and moving. I appreciated the expertise of everyone. Thank you for taking such good care of my needs.
Facility is convenient, clean, bright, comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Process of taking images was professional and quick. Wait was a bit long.
The whole process was quite smooth. Only waited five or 10 minutes to check in and another 10 to 15 minutes before being called for the procedure. The technician at the MRI room was very professional, courteous, and helpful. I waited only 5 to 7 minutes to get the CD of the MRI. All in all a very satisfactory experience.
The line to check in was short and the worker was very polite and efficient. I still had to manually fill out several forms - pretty lame for the 21st century. The x-ray tech was also very polite and efficient. Parking is easy and shaded (parking structure). I recommend them.
I was very disappointed in the customer service at this location. After starting at the registration desk, I was told I would be called to check in. I waited to be checked in while 3 ladies were chatting with one another and occasionally checking people in. After 20 minutes of watching this and looking around the empty waiting room, I asked the lady at registration how much longer it would be and she told me they were working on verifying insurance. The one who was working on my paperwork stood up minutes later after first taking a phone call and went to lunch giving the paperwork to her colleague. When I was finally called, it had been 33 minutes from the time I registered to the check in time.There was no apology or acknowledgment of how long I waited despite her hearing me talking to the registration lady about it. She was very abrupt with me and seemed more annoyed than anything. The x ray tech was great. I was there just under an hour for a drop in x ray. I will likely never return to this location again and won't be recommending them to others. It's very obvious they need more training in customer service there.
Everyone was kind and thoughtful. The lady that checked me in was efficient and energetic. The technician was gentle and kind. It went very smoothly only had to wait for about 30 minutes. Definitely plan on going back to this location my experience was wonderful. Maureen
