Never believe your appointment time. They tell you a time to come in but your real appointment is 45 minutes later. They have no regard to your time. I would recommend other places. They all do the same thing.

Via is a poor experience, trying to schedule the appointment was at its limits dealing with the administration staff. They are scatter brained, all of them. My Dr. Called, and I made 2 calls waiting on hold for 20 min per call, then being sent to a voice mail. In which they never called back. I had to call them back.

Good luck getting a hold of these guys! Staff your phone lines during business hours! If we need radiology, we obviously don't want to hold for 20+ minutes.

Robert and his team at VIA Radiology are great people. I am a contractor that has worked for them and I can tell you that Robert and his team are very professional. Robert went to great lengths to explain what he wanted when he wanted it. He explained how important it was that we were on time and clean. This is a working facility that has to run smoothly. Knowing the attention to detail that Robert had to make sure that there were no impacts to the business from our work makes me feel strongly that I can recommend VIA Radiology because their primary concern is for their clients.

I've had MRIs and ultrasounds at Via and have always had a good experience. My appointments were scheduled quickly and check-ins were fast and easy. Both of the employees who performed my exams were professional and answered all of my questions. I'm glad I chose Via over a different location because the service was awesome and they turned out to be cheaper too.

I went here for 2 MRIs. I was very nervous to get this done as I am slightly claustrophobic. It was easy to schedule the exams and they gave me a rundown of what to expect. The also offered to have me come in too make sure I could handle being in the MRI , which I thought was really nice. I came in for my exam and the gals at the front desk were very pleasant. They even got me back a bit early. I was able to listen to music which helped a lot and the machine was very big. Overall great experience I will be going back for a yearly MRI with them again!

My dr had to order 11 x-rays to get to the problem. I thought I would be pretty miserable for awhile. When I had finished I was surprised at how well everything had gone. He was very knowledgable and methodical. Checked each x-ray as they were taken. I had a much better experience here than all the 20 years before. I recommend this imaging center over all the others I've been to in the past. Well done!
