Went to Zadok’s to buy my girlfriend an engagement ring and worked with Abby. I didn’t know Abby previously to working with her, but if I would to write down everything I wanted in my salesperson/gemologist it would end up describing her exactly. She wasn’t pushy, didn’t tell me what to do, and provided honest and helpful feedback when I had questions and concerns. She educated me on the different settings, and reasons some stones are more valuable than others. I will absolutely work with Abby again in the future and am very thankful I met her in the first place.
I just purchased a new watch from Maria. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions, both at the store and offline. She didn't apply any undue pressure and was willing to do what she could to make my experience the best. I highly recommend you ask for her if you are in the market for jewelry.

I have been a customer of Zadok Jewelers for over 5 years now. These guys have, hands down, the best watch selection in the City of Houston, including FP Journe, AP, Tudor, IWC, Breitling, Hublot, Breguet,, and many, many more. Their staff is top notch; friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you walk out the store happy even if you walk out without a purchase. The reasons are few and far between for me to shop anywhere else when it comes to finding myself a new time piece.

My sister purchased her girlfriends engagement ring from Melissa. Melissa was awesome to say the least. We enjoyed how she took time to explain the diamonds and the imperfections. Not only did we get an almost flawless diamond at a GREAT price, the customer service was stellar. My family, friends and I will forever be customers. PS..... ask for Melissa, you will not go wrong!!

I have had the pleasure of purchasing both watches and jewelry at Zadok. Their staff is inviting and knowledgeable on the product lines. As a passionate watch collector, I love that Zadok carries multiple high horology manufacturers. There are times when I visit the store “just to see what’s new” and have never once felt pressured to buy or rushed to make a decision. The staff is attentive without being pushy. If you are looking for a quality timepiece, AJ has an encyclopedic knowledge of all of the references Zadok carries and will spend time educating you on models that strike your interest. I have also worked with Stacy and she too is patient and diligent throughout the sales process. When looking for a hard to acquire AP, Stacy was communicative on order status via multiple emails and in person upon delivery. Finally, sure the store is in the business to make money, but I have been impressed by their willingness to work with customers on pricing to suit a budget. I feel like Zadok’s intent is to create lifetime customers versus a simple “transactional one and done” mentality. I have seen this through their after-sales support (watch fittings, cleanings, returns, gift wrapping, etc.) and the fact that they genuinely know who you are when you walk back in the store. There are lots of high end jewelry options in Houston and especially around the Galleria area, but for some reason, I always seem to find myself back at Zadok.
Fantastic buying experience with AJ as always. The store has a great jewelry selection, and the best mix of high end watch brands in town. While I love working with AJ, all the salespeople I've worked with at Zadok are highly knowledgeable and in no way pushy. The best jewelry and watch store in Houston, hands down.
What a great experience we had this afternoon at Zadok Jewelers! My Father, who put on his A&M college ring 70 years ago this month, had to have the ring cut off because his arthritic knuckle outgrew the ring diameter and been dreading this task. This morning he'd been turned away by the Fire Department and a jewelry store in Memorial City, in addition to two jewelers contacted by phone. So, I goggled the topic and called Zadok because they're local & family owned. A lady in customer service assured me their jeweler could handle the job. Their store is just 15 minutes away so we drove over, met Bruce, their jeweler, who was congenial and happy to apply his handy tool. Within 10 minutes the ring was off and Dad was happy & relieved to have this task behind him! The people working in this gorgeous store couldn't have been kinder or more helpful! BTW. there was no charge. Thank you, Bruce & the Zadok staff for making this task a pleasant experience.
Always the best selection and great customer service! I highly recommend Zadok Jewelers to anyone who is looking for a great quality piece of jewelry. So happy with my Breitling watch and will definitely be back in the very near future!
I always have a great experience at Zadok Jewelers. So easy to go in and always get great service. Like working directly with family. It’s hard to find trustworthy people sometimes in the jewelry business and they work really hard to build and keep my trust. They not only treat me this way, but they treat everyone I’ve ever sent them like they are part of the family. I highly recommend them.
