Excellent experience! Genuine, honest, and skilled employees helped me quickly purchase my new car. Juan greeted me at front door and helped with the sale. He was extremely professional and sincere. I was introduced to Dutch which helped with the paperwork. Anthony showed me where I will be getting my free oil changes! We had a very thoughtful conversation with Jack Kennedy. They treated myself and my Mom like we were family even though this was the first time we set foot in their car dealership!
I will definitely recommend to all of my friends and family.

A fair deal on my trade in would have been nice but Larry was very respectful and helped me quite a bit, Steve was very rude and didn't listen. My vehicles wheel fell off about a week after I received it which is a normal if you don't torque down the light nuts. But being me I tried to fix it so I could move it away from the road and they tried to make me pay for it and they looked through my property inside the car.
Sara provided outstanding customer service to schedule an appointment and deserves 5 stars hands down. However there was room for improvement with my experience with the service advisor's customer service, as well as the time it took for my oil change to be completed with a scheduled appointment, which is the only reason for less than 5 stars. I spoke with Shayne, the manager, who was really kind, professional, and understanding, and I was glad to see this is something he takes seriously and is willing to improve. I felt like he truly cared about his customers and integrity of his company. So long as the customer service improves, I would recommend this company.
I had a very good experience with Alpine GMC South. The sales consultant Edward Mesa help me a lot to make sure I get all my needs on my new 2019 sierra truck and new car manager Matt Abraham was very honest, knowledgeable and responsive during the process and he wants to make sure I was 100% satisfied at the end. Also finance director Darek J . Harris did all his effort to make sure I get the best deal to fit in my budget. I highly recommend this dealership and for me it worth the extra drive from Denver to Colorado springs!!
The service team at Alpine Buick in Colorado Springs where amazing.
We live 3 1/2 hours from the Springs. Had a recall that we scheduled. On the way there I realized the car needed more attention. Oil change tires rotated and balanced. We dropped the car off, the service team called me about 3:00 and said they could not balance tires due to the way they wore. I had that feeling driving it there. Got new tires and alignment. The car feels new again. They had it done around 5:30. So we could head home.

Always easy to get an appointment, and I’m always treated very respectfully. They match competitor discounts and coupons. Service is quick and efficient. It’s not as fancy or full service as some other places (lounge is simple and generally no loaner cars), but they're convenient and get the work done well.
I stopped in one day and discussed with my service rep, Eric, the issues I needed to have repaired and we scheduled the appointment. I showed up at the appointed date and time and Eric reviewed and confirmed the issues again with me. After a reasonable period of time the repairs were made and I went on with my day. Great customer service! Thank you Eric and Alpine.

Great car buying experience. Charles was very knowledgeable and helpful. Dutch thorough and professional. From the moment I walked on the lot, I was greeted and treated like a family member. (The owner came out and greeted me. ) I was not pressured into any decision. I took my time and made my decisions. (I have been researching cars for months.) I am very pleased with the way I was treated and I got the car I wanted and a great deal on it. And I do mean a great deal on it!
