This was a very pleasant experience. Typically I am apprehensive with the whole car purchasing experience. This was a breathe of fresh air. I never felt pressured. I was made to feel comfortable and truly believe that Gregory listened to what I had to say and found the vehicle that perfectly matched my wants. I could not be happier. Hands down the best buying experience of my life. I was even more pleased when Gregory continued to assist me even after the deal was done with the features in the car. This apple link with my Iphone is not easy for me but he took the time and made sure that I understood the feature spending an hour on few other occasions with me. I did not expect that he would take time out of his day to be available but he really helped me. Now my grand children are amazed at how High Tech there Nana is. Thank you

I've had multiple BAD experiences. I purchased my car here. Sales was GREAT. The issue is the SERVICE department. My car had up to 65,000 miles on the various warranties left when i bought it. I brought it in for the tail light being out and the rubbing sound when I back up on the hill where I live to park. They never asked me or checked to see if my items could be covered under the warranty. I was reminded that I've brought the car back before for something that was covered. Turns out, these items would be covered except the tail light was $28.00. They push back before they check. Also a girl (that I know from Maine who was living at my house at the time) brought her very old car that is not a Hyundai in with the bumper hanging off. I was there at the time being lambasted. They put her car ahead of everyone's and put it up on the lift and put her bumper back on for FREE!!! Even she said she wondered how things would have gone if she wasn't cute..

Did not like how they didn’t listen to me and wasted my time. I asked them kindly to change my starter. So instead they “troubleshooted” and couldn’t find any faults.... meanwhile I am positive I have an intermittent starter.... long story short I left my car with them for 4 days for an oil change and a license plate light and I changed the starter myself. Starts up like a dream now. They’re probably gonna respond to this saying “this is why people shouldn’t play mechanic.” But I am a mechanic and their “experts” couldn’t figure that out.

If there is one thing that I always hated to do was go through the process of researching and buying a car. But, after stepping into Mirak Hyundai and meeting Dave, that experience changed my fear, Dave made my experience very relaxing, I felt calm and not intimidated. He heard my needs and concerns and met all expectations with perfection. He deserves high praise and I will pass my experience on to others.

Had to leave the car there for the whole day for an oil change and tire rotation that was pre scheduled. WTF? Are you kidding me? During their "inspection" found additional services needed, which is good to know but the estimates for the work we're: wiper replacement $72, license plate bulb replacement $57, cabin and engine air filters $100. So, $225 for maybe $50 worth of parts and 30 minutes work. No thanks! If an oil change and rotation took 8 hours, how long would have taken? Three days? Won't be going back.

Make sure you ask for a rental car before you make an appointment for anything. They think people have magic carpets to get to work after dropping off their car. Once I asked to get a rental car they said, "you never scheduled one". I said, "Other H dealerships have em on deck for customers " he said, " well that's your choice" I said, " Ya it's not like you're a car dealership or anything" This means other dealerships COMP you cars while these people say literally give you 0.
