I ordered a tapestry flute bag back in October through Carolyn Nussbaum Music and I still HAVE NOT received it! This is extremely aggravating. I'm very disappointed.
My son is going to be a jr. and is in the clarinet studio at UW-Eau Claire (WI). He has been searching for a DURABLE instrument bag. On the recommendation of some others in his studio, he looked up Altieri on-line and felt they had a product that would meet his needs. We are here from Madison WI. and are visiting Denver. We found out that the headquarters were here. So we went there to check out some cases my son saw on-line. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We purchased a clarinet case model # 70s. Expected delivery about 10 weeks. AND the cases are built to last decades! I highly recommend this company.
