I have not used the service, but tried to and was shocked at the pricing being so high. Why?
Have been using ScriptDash for several months now, and I can say that it is simply epic! No more trips to Walgreens! I save a bunch of time and there's no hassle. This is the future of the pharmacy industry! 5 stars!
A morning and evening delivery window! A caramel with your medication and the option to text staff is surreal to me. I have been used to waiting tedious amounts of time for my medications. If your MD requests pills to be scored they can also do that! My tip is to request your medication a week before your refill runs out to make sure you have enough because they cannot always do same day deliveries if you miss the delivery window.
Prescription couldn’t be filled until the next day due to an issue with their app, parking was a nightmare
I love Alto Pharmacy! I was able to change all my medication from Walgreens, and I am so glad I made the switch. I had to opportunity to speak directly to the CEO, Mattieu, and he was able to address some of the concerns I was having. I am truly impressed by the whole team! Great innovation!
They keep messing up my acne medication. Done with them. Also costs so much more.
Lots of reasons to avoid this startup pharmacy. First, their whole process is so difficult to deal with and customer service is a nightmare. They failed to preserve my mom's medication in cold storage, did not give me a refund or replacement when we tried to swap it out. I was told by another customer that they physically went to their warehouse in the dogpatch as this happened to them and her neighbor got someone else's prescription! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. STATE BOARD OF PHARMA + DEA need to get involved here
I had a very transparent and supportive experience with Alto. The whole process was easy and the staff seemed really nice over the phone. The total price was higher than expected but still worth it!
I will not be advancing this service to my patients. I have had similar experiences. In fact, it seems the positive reviews are connected to the founders, investors and their friends or family. I agree, utilize Costco or Walgreens, etc. You have a better channel to deal with quality and service. Indeed, the bios of their staff, sans their pharmacy tech folks, leaves much to be desired operationally, or in the health space. These folks are not cheap, either
Had high hopes for this service but would never use it again. My first delivery came at exactly 9:00pm, the end of the delivery window. Customer service via text seems like a great idea but my texts went unanswered so I ended up calling anyway. Then I missed the delivery window for a refill so I had to visit the physical location in the Dog Patch. The customer service representative gave me the wrong address (should've trusted Google Maps). I called them to let them know and they said they'd have my prescription ready for me when I arrive. 15 minutes later when I arrived it wasn't ready and I had to wait 10 minutes, making me late for an event. Too many missteps. Will just use CVS or Walgreens from now on.
Alto is life-changing! I absolutely hate the standard pharmacies. The whole experience of having to physically go to a pharmacy to pick up a prescription and then wait indefinitely for it to be filled is always such an inconvenience. I downloaded the Alto mobile app, within minutes transferred my prescription, and within a couple of hours my prescription was delivered to me. I can't recommend Alto enough!

Having my prescriptions delivered changed my life!!! Whoever isn't giving this company 5 stars must just enjoy waiting in long lines at CVS with your two year old while the opioid addict in front of you tries to scam the pharmacist. Just saying. Also, they send a yummy fleur de sal caramel with your drugs. I mean...
I LOVE ALTO PHARMACY !! It is cost saving, time saving! Customer service is the best! They are attending to detail and so considerable to its customers! It is my only loved pharmacy now.
