Company Description
The history of Lorena Pharmacy began in 1922 when a small pharmacy opened called Warnacks Pharmacy. The brick building originally stood on the corner of Jane and Stevenson Street, now known as Lorena Street and Whittier Blvd. In 1928 the family that currently operates Lorena Pharmacy bought an interest in the pharmacy. The original store was quite small and had an 11 stool soda fountain where ice cream sodas sold for 15 cents. Most of the prescriptions were compounded and made by our pharmacists from bulk chemicals. Pharmacists could be seen compounding formulas using a mortar and pestle.

They always try and work fast and are very friendly
Very rude person working at the pharmacy counter. Shouted at me from across the pharmacy when my baby got a box of Tylenol. I was there to get Tylenol because she had a fever and was trying to check which one to get when she got the box. She could have approached me in a different way instead of shouting at me.
I was nearby and dropped by to fill a prescription. David, the pharmacist was very informative of how the medicine should be administered. Quick and friendly service. Highly recommended.

They carry a lot of medical supplies over the counter that no other pharmacy has. I can almost always find what I need there.

My go to pharmacy. They serve lots of people so you might have a bit of a wait time. However the staff is friendly and helpful.

Worst pharmacy ever. Customer service is horrendous and they always give you a run around when it comes to your prescriptions. I called for a week straight trying to get a refill and despite calling my insurance and receiving their authorization the pharmacy was still unable to fulfill. When they finally said I could pick up they called me in 2 minutes only to tell me that they didn't have the medication in stock. I do not know what kind of place they are trying to run here but it is worse than mediocre.
The lack communication and can give straight answers on why they can’t refill medication or other items people are extremely rude and when you asked to speak to a supervisor or manager they stayed there on your lunch or not working . But after talking with the manager the next day everything was worked out.
I've driven 68 miles to this pharmacy twice because they carry the products I need & the customer service was excellent thank you Austin; he's helped us both times & is friendly.
Been coming here for years, consistently good. Short lines, helpful staff. The pharmacist is always available to answer questions and I appreciate that. Fair prices.
