I have been seeing PA Heather Ta now for just under 3 years. She is kind, sweet, caring,smart and Intelligent! She is honest and open. She is not pushy, but let's you know what she believes you should do. She has been so helpful to me with my many health issues, and one of my Biggest Cheerleaders in my weight loss journey. My husband my daughter and myself are all blessed to have Heather in our lives and taking such good care of us. The rest of the staff is wonderful also, always a smile for you, friendly and caring as well. No longer fear the Dr.s office.

I have been a patient of Heather Ta for about 7 years now and have recommended her to my friends and family members. She really listens, takes notes, and cares about the overall well being of her patients. Every time I see her she always asks about my husband (he's also her patient) and a couple of other friends that I have sent to her. I adore her!

I have been with this Dr office over 2 years. It was great at first. I would see Heather all the time LOVED HER! Ever since she left the practice it has just been going down hill. Also the girls upfront aren't the same anymore except for one and the new ones aren't friendly what so ever.

Appointments are never available. Sometimes when I’m sick I call in an appointment and there no availability for weeks, sometimes months! When you come in, be ready to wait 45 min to 1 hour past your appointment time. The office manager is rude, not to count his lack of higiene and unprofessional manner. I confronted him about the lack of availability and he basically said he didn’t care. The attendants at the front are rude and have an attitude. The only thing I like is the doctor herself, well that is, if I can see her in person once in a decade because she’s so busy. I’m looking for a new primary care physician.

I had been going to Dr. Dempsey's office for years, but I will never go there again! On more than one occasion, they were unwilling to answer the most simple question over the phone, required I make an appointment to discuss (in my opinion just to be able to charge insurance), but didn't have an availability for more than 4 weeks. I know this is a business, but they have proven time and time again to be more concerned with the dollar than patient health and well-being. I am mortified.

Been going to PA Tamika and Dr. Dempsey for several years now. Excellent provides always listens to my concerns. I feel like PA Tamika always goes above and beyond to do what she can to always help me. I never have to wait more than 10 to 15 minutes if that. The front desk Staff is always friendly, Laura's smiling face and even the great nurses especially Vicky who always welcomes you with a huge smile as well. I would recommend these providers. You won't go wrong!

I really do love this doctor office. Everyone here has always been so welcoming and highly knowledgeable. P.A. Tamika is extraordinary at what she does. Just started seeing P.A. Amanda; due to an emergency visit and she is amazing too! I am very pleased with my visits! Thank you everyone at this office!

I originally saw Dr. Dempsey 5 years ago. Absolutely wonderful doctor! I then was seeing Heather Ta. Again, absolutely wonderful! Heather left and so now I am with Elsa Brown. She is an incredibly bright woman and knows her stuff and I thoroughly enjoy working with her . I have never had any problems with any of the staff as they have always been incredibly nice and helpful to me.
