An excellent choice for your medical care. I have been a patient of Dr. Schiffman's for almost 4 years. I am one of those people who usually dreads having to visit the doctor, but I have always felt comfortable about visiting here. Anytime I have needed a referral, they were quick and efficient to fulfill the request. I like that the office is email/web integrated, so that I can contact my doctor at any time with questions. Dr. Chandra is leaving, but we owe him much gratitude. When my husband became very ill with an unknown virus, his knowledge and thoughtfulness pointed testing in the right direction, which showed my husbnads illness was rather rare. If it had not been treated promptly, it could have resulted in life long complications. So really, this office in my eyes, goes above and beyond. I hope they will always be around because finding such care and ease of making an appointment is so rare.
They are like family.. Very kind professional and sensitive to my needs. I would recommend them to everyone. The only thing I dislike is that they never have appointments within 2 weeks. Guess it's because they are so good. The wait is worth it if it's not an emergency.
00 poor service for men health needs .Doctor and staff have unpleasant disposition for men's health issues I would not recommend any men to this practice.
I've been a patient since 2009. I've had a mixed experience with this doctors office. They used to be really great then about 2013-2014 things started to drop off. They've had a lot of turn over in terms of new doctors coming and going. Also they're receptionists are really hit or miss. There is one in particular that they hired about 2 years ago who is straight up rude and unfriendly. As far as patient care they're good but they're part of the Chestnut Hill health network which is the most expensive in the Philadelphia area for any type of procedure or major issue.
I like Greenhouse Internists. I saw Dr. Chandrasekaran while he was on the staff there - he's a wonderful PCP and I'm sad to see him go. I can usually get an appointment within a few days for non-urgent matters and the same day or next day for more urgent care. Their hours are great - early morning appointments! The patient portal is a great way to communicate with staff, and to request refills or referrals. Very pleased with this great family/community practice in Mt. Airy.
This practice has taken extraordinary care of my health needs for 26 years, starting with Dr Rich Baron and more recently with Dr. Dan Peterson. Dr. Fabens has also seen me over the years. They are all dedicated and very caring and smart doctors. The nurses and office staff are also great folks. They are a model practice- using electronic communications and record keeping - a state of the art scheduling practice that allows for same day appts when necessary. Sorry that I have to leave them after moving to Central PA. Considered staying with them but the insurance company wouldn't let that happen.
Great doctor's office and staff! I live the technology offered to stay in touch with the doctor's is the patient portal. No wasted time on hold!
I am left on hold for hours the receptionist is un professional forgot i was there the doctor is unprofessional and un caring they have really went down it is one doctor left who takes pride in what they do. I was misdiagnosed several times this time im going to get a second opinion too show how tgey steroype black people . i was so sick one time she asked me was i sexually active i told her no she said you might still have a std i had a kidney stone the size of a quater i drove my self to the er the doctor didnt not even check they need to be investigated at this point been going for 7 years its a problem dont listen to the needs of the patient at all til your situation is worst
This office is not very helpful, the most they will do is take your money and your blood pressure and send you on your way. I would NOT recommend to anyone
Dr Fabens seems to be very nice and interested in my health. I would recommend her to anyone.
This office has truly did a 360. I remember being on hold forever. Some of the staff there were not too friendly. However, for the past 8 months or so the customer services is so much better, the staff is super friendly and polite when you call, phones are answered right away. The service has been wonderful especially since I have been dealing with a lot of major health issues
